Took my kid here on New Years Eve to get a strep test. They were out of my network so I paid 75 dollars to be seen, thats fine. The wait was not long. Practioner saw us, gave a diagnosis and tried to charge me another 70 dollars for a steroid shot. I respectfully declined and asked that the prescriptions be called in. At the drugstore, I paid less than ten dollars for antibiotics and steroid. At least they were open though because not many urgent cares were.

Worst clinic Ive ever been, they dont greet you or make you feel comfortable there. Before Ive even visit this place Ive called them and before I got to say thank you they hanged up in my ears which was so unprofessional. All the workers at the front desk do is laugh and give people stank face and dont have no concern about you but if thats their behavior they will closed down quickly. Wouldnt recommend this place to no one not even my house dogs.

Worst service Ive ever gotten. Went in with a extremely painful ear infection and she shined a light in my ear and throat said your ear and throat are inflamed I will call in antibiotics. So here I am justified in why Id rather suffer and die then go give my money to a doctor cause they couldnt care less about you. Im Still in pain, still cant swallow and the stupid doctor did nothing but take my money. Discouraged and uncomfortable.

I have been going here for the past year. Each time I go, you get excellent customer service and everyone is sincerely concerned. The timeliness is impeccable. I heard the doctor say, "I do not like patients having to wait". They got me in and out and conveniently will call your prescription in nearby. I hope they continue to grow in their business.

Got hit with a sinus infection and was very happy that the staff at Sugarloaf Urgent Care got me in to see the PA right away even though I didnt have an appointment. He was caring and thorough with his exam and I was on the way to the pharmacy without delay. The office was easy to find and they took my insurance. Recommended!

I had a personal issue that needed urgent care immediately. I had heard great things about Sugarloaf Urgent Care. The experience was phenomenal! From check-in to evaluation, to my exit, this was the most caring , wonderful experience I have ever had using an urgent care facility. I highly recommend using them!!

They were nice enough when I went in; but they ordered a ridiculous amount of tests that were completely unnecessary! I went in for a simple bladder infection and three months later I had over $500.00 in medical bills!

Very clean. The staff was prompt and courteous. I saw NP I think his name was Brandon. Extremely nice, polite and soft spoken. I was in and out within 2 hours. Closer to an hour.
