Was out of work unemployed last October, and called Dr. Bostocks office and specifically said that I wanted to come in for my annual physical that is 100% covered by my medical insurance, Blue Cross / Blue Shield of Georgia. Being unemployed, I didnt need any extra bills to pay. When I made the appointment, and when I walked into the office for the appointment, I stressed that I didnt want anything extra done, only what was covered 100% by my insurance for the annual physical. Long story short, Bostocks office did an EKG, and sent me to have a chest x-ray, both of which are not covered by my insurance as part of the 100% covered annual physical. So I ended up with an extra bill from Bostocks office for the EKG, a bill from Gwinnett Medical for taking the x-ray, and a bill from North Metro Radiology for reading the x-ray. Bills totaled $89. When I complained, Bostocks office did write down my portion of their bill from $33 to $20, but I was still stuck with the other two bills, which they wouldnt discount. Not happy at all.

-The wait time was 35 minutes for me and that seems typical. -The appointment with him seemed rushed as if he was in a hurry to move to the next patient, especially from his body language. -The main issue I have is the other staff I spoke with in his office. They are unprofessional and not suit for the job. I left a message with the "practicing manager" expecting a call back the next day and nothing. This one person, "Cathy", is argumentative and gave me extreme attitude the entire time. She talked to me as if I was her child. She likely has no medical training, yet acts as if she knows all. This is no way to treat a patient. -I wanted to speak to Dr. Bostock personally the next day to follow up, but he must be too busy to have a two min conversation on the phone with me. Instead, relaying the message to others. Great! -Overall, my family and I will be looking for a new physician.

I have been to many drs.! i have sold products to most of the drs. in atlanta. Dr. bostock is the friendliest, most trustworthy, most caring, most spiritual, Dr. I have found. I almost gave up on dr.s until i found dr. Bostock. Good things come to those that wait, and he is worth the wait. I have used him for several years and he was recommended by my wife, who uses him also. He is rthe best! He gets busy sometimes, but you need to call them while you are waiting. they will tell you if you need to go get lunch and come back. Give yourself more time, next time. and relax.

Horrible experience. The front desk people apparently dont like their job. First impressions are lasting impressions. I will not return to this place. Nasty attitudes.
