Both Dr. Andrew Kramer and Dr. Hisa Yamaguchi removed a life challenging tumor from one of my Parathyroid glands. It was like a light switch was turned on. I immediately felt the difference and am amazed at the renewal of my health. My Vitamin D levels were in the basement. My bone density was bad and getting worse. My Calcium levels were high for years. My fatigue was constant. I woke up tired everyday because a tumor was causing my PTH (Parathyroid Hormone) to excrete constantly. Rather than regulate my Calcium, the hormone was depleting my bones of Calcium. Immediately, my serum Calcium returned to normal, after the surgery. I removed an engine, repaired it and installed it the same weekend after my surgery. I take no medication and have no restrictions following surgery. It is a cure. I am restored to full health. This is all because I went to the BEST. Their staff bent over backwards to expedite accommodations for me and made this a very remarkable experience. RJC

This Doctors office is the very best! my mom was refered to them got gallbladder removal and from the moment we arrived in there office till she was released from there care we were treated with the up most compasion and respect. Dr. Kramer was very thorough, compassionate, thoughtfull and very knowledgable. His Medical assistant Trina was the best, she answered every question, call and if she didnt know the answer and found it. The appointments are quick, the front office is very nice and i would reccommend them to anyone who has to have surgery or a family member that needs one. My mom isnt the most easy person to please but Eastside Surgical managed to do the almost impossible. She was very happy with Dr. Kramer and there staff!

When you have to go into surgery its always scary and as I have gotten older I get more and more nervous than I used to. Even though I rarely am in this situation but Dr. Yamaguchi came in and explain what was going to be done and the pros of doing and the cons of not and was very nice. I liked her whole demeanor and if I have to ever have surgery again and she can do it I would not mind her at all. Thank you for making the experience a little bit easier and Eastside Medical staff and the head nurse on the 4th floor. Thank you so much. :-)

I have been seeing Dr. Yamaguchi on a regular basis for the past 5 years. She is very thorough and always has your long term best interest at heart. She tells it like it is and doesnt play games. She monitored my precancerous condition closely and when my situation turned the corner because of her close monitoring, my cancer was caught early. She held my hand through the diagnosis, and I truly feel she cares about me as a person. I cant even imagine having another doctor as my surgeon.

Everyone was welcoming and warm. The office staff were personable as I arrived and as I left. They made eye contact and smiled and made me feel as though I were important. Dr. Yamaguchi is sharp. Thats what I look for in a doctor. Although she is personable, there is NO doubt that she is also being thorough in what she is doing. She is cautious about my health and does not take a lets wait and see attitude. Shes one smart lady.

Dr. Kramer and his staff are the best. I was lucky and am grateful, especially as a new patient, for their immediate response to my need for medical intervention following a nasty cat bite. I credit their promptness and Dr. Kramers expert experience and judgment in averting what could have quickly become a case of life-threatening sepsis. Besides being supremely professional he and his staff are really nice people!
