After my daughter showed a fever of 104 degrees, I put her name on the list using their online "Well hold a spot". I received a confirmation at 3:45pm, that we could be seen at 4:45pm. Upon check-in at 4:00pm, my wife was told that they had already locked up the office with the flu tests and that shed have to come back tomorrow. My wife had driven past a CVS Minute Clinic (2.3 mi.) to get to this location (6 mi.), which was no longer accepting patients by the time we were turned away from The LIttle Clinic. I spoke with Carletta in store management (4:09 pm), who was very nice and helpful. She walked the phone to the receptionist at the clinic, who offered nothing but apologies and the excuse that the tech needed to be at a mandatory meeting in Atlanta, so no one could stay late and that we could come back in the morning and that there was no way to notify us that . This, even after I explained that it was too late to be seen at CVS near by. To her credit, Carletta saw that the clinic Manager called me when she became available. Valerie, the Clinic Manager did call me (4:45 pm) (she is always very pleasant and very helpful), she offered to stay late to see my daughter. She apologized that she was with a patient and could not assist earlier. By that time, my wife had found a CVS in Buford who could see my daughter. Valerie called me and gave me 200 fuel points. This rating is more about the app, which is a fantastic idea, if it is reliable and training opportunities for the staff support the clinic. As usual, everyone else lived up to the Kroger mantra of Customer 1st.

They turned me away almost an hour before they close even though the sign said they accept sign ins until the posted closing time. There was only one person ahead of me to be seen who had already signed in and they turned away two people after me. If they do not honor a posted policy, then it should not be posted. They may be great if you can see them, (Ill never know), but I feel that it is unprofessional to turn away people an hour before close if a sign says they will accept until closing.

Valerie Cole is such a caring nurse and was very professional. She went the extra mile to ensure I take my meds correctly to get healed as soon as possible. I have a primary care doctor but because of the quick and efficient service, I consider The Little Clinic as my second go to when my doctors office is closed or I feel I have a slight medical emergency. Valerie really made my first experience a pleasant one.

Ive been to this location several times. I really love the nurse practitioner here. She isnt one of those "in-and-out" types. She has always spent her time with me to make sure she sees the whole picture, before just slapping on a diagnosis.
