Its not just about chiropractic care! The warm environment when you first walk in with a friendly smile that meets you at the door starts out your positive experience! From there meeting with the Doctors is a shear pleasure. Its a light hearted environment that makes you feel welcomed and comfortable without any judgement, they honestly care about your health and well being. I can say from personal experience that they have changed the quality of my life and increased my self confidence. I have struggled with weight issues for years, no matter how hard I tried I could never lose weight, and if I did it would come right back once I started eating "regular" again. Once meeting with them and getting a full panel of blood work (all covered under insurance!!!!) they verified a lot of foods that were causing my body to not process properly and was making me inflamed. After following their orders and taking the supplements they suggested I have lost 65 lbs in a year; and that includes a "break" over the Thanksgiving/Christmas/New Years holidays and winter. Its amazing what happens when you learn what your body actually needs and what to avoid to allow your body to work for you, not against you! Im so thankful to have used Hamilton Mill Family Complete Care! I love how they helped by giving me the tools for weight management for life with out a magical diet or pills to fail me in the future! If you suffer from any medical issues or pain management, I highly recommend giving them a try, you wont regret it!

I woke up one morning after a trip to disney where I was carying around my 2 year old son and my back was throbbing. Over the next few days it just kept getting worse. When I had to lay on the ground to put my socks on I figured I needed someone to help me. I called Dr. Russ Glassmans office after hearing many wonderful things about his practice. He had me laid out on the table, realigned, and now I am able to get my socks on with any problems :) I had been to other chiros before and I did not have much success, I would leave in more pain then when I showed up. However, that is not the case with Doc G. He was terriffic! I would also like to thank Erin and Geoff for their help as well. The whole office is great and I am glad that I found you all.
