My whole family has been coming to Clearview Primary Care for a couple of years. I have a baby, a teen, and two adults and its wonderful to have a family practice that can see everyone in our family. We really like Dr Navid and Cindy, the receptionist, has always been friendly, polite, and helpful. Weve had a couple of insurance changes and questions each time and Cindys always been very patient with helping us get everything sorted out. This is a great small practice and I feel really thankful to have found them.

Worst experience ever. First I call and the Receptionist wants to argue with me about my reason for coming in. Then she finally schedules me. Once I come in, she says I cant be seen because she forgot to schedule me. She didnt even apologize, she just asked me if I wanted to sign some paperwork and come in at a later date. Completely unprofessional and I will definitely not be coming back.

Absolutely HORRIBLE care. Lazy office associate named Cindy was incredibly rude and slacking not doing her job. Rolled her eyes several times. We gave in our paperwork several days ago and its still not put into the system. Makes me wonder if this practice is even real.

I have been using Dr Navid for three years. She is so patient and takes her time. Ive never felt rushed. She isnt distracted like most doctors. Cindy is always sweet and helpful when I call.
