My husband and I came back with bad sinus infections after 9 weeks in Mexico. We live in Leland Mi so we were not near our primary care physicians We felt we could not wait to drive back north so we decided to walk in to this clinic which was nearby to where we stayed overnight. We carry RX and medical history reports with us. They were very careful to plug in all of these records, took additional information and after exam discussed use of medication and checked to be sure there would. be no drug interaction. Very careful and well spoken. I would highly reccomend their care when you cannot get to your primary physician

I burned my neck with my curling iron in the morning. I put an ice pack on it and headed to work, but it became tremendously painful after an hour. This clinic was located in a convenient location in the strip mall off on Plymouth Rd, I walked in and saw a provider immediately, there was no waiting time. The people working at the clinic were friendly and looked professional. The doctor examined my wound and gave me a prescription for ointment. It saved a lot of my time! I had a great experience in this clinic and will strongly recommend it to anyone around me.

I strongly recommend this clinic. It is a great time saver and you are getting a full professional care. The physician carefully read all my information and gave me a lot of attention, the exam was thorough and an additional test performed. He then carefully described the prescription and how and when to take the medicine. All took less than 20 minutes. I definitely plan to come back to HELLOMED

Staff was friendly and professional with prompt service. However, the price of the services were expensive at approximately $75 more than other Urgent Cares in the area. I would recommend calling for current pricing and ensure that their prices fit your budget and expectations. The prices are not listed on their website, which appears to be standard practice for Urgent Cares.

This is the best walk in place Ive ever been to. Granted I was the only one there but still. The doctor was so sweet and quickly diagnosed the problem. Then she made sure I got everything I needed. In total I spend 90 minutes there because of everything she wanted to treat me for. I left feeling a million times better. I cannot thank this clinic enough.

I can hardly believe this place is an urgent care. Their facility is clean and modern. The staff was friendly and helpful. The doctor communicated clearly what she was doing and I felt very comfortable asking questions. I would certainly recommend this facility to others. .

Great first experience for urgent care. Dr. Braley is experienced and professional. She helped me to get rid of the annoying infection in two days. They are international friendly as well. The world map on the wall is cute :D
