New Patient to Creekside: Every dental office should follow Creeksides example of how a professional dental office should be from the time a patient walks in their door to the time they leave. I have never been treated so good or taken better care of. The office is relaxing, decor & color scheme very professionally decorated right down to the trickling waterfall in the corner. Seating clean & comfortable; it is overall a beautiful office. The staff immediately made me feel very welcome. They were friendly, courteous, professional and "genuine", no pretense to be nice, they really were happy to be there to help with your dental needs. The dental hygienist is a doll, she explained what she would be doing such as x-rays and the cleaning procedure, she cleaned my teeth without any discomfort and was the best dental hygienist Ive ever had. I met Dr. Koehler afterwards and what a nice man he is...very personable and friendly. I will see him my next appointment for a filling and Im actually looking forward to going back. If everyone could be treated like I was treated no one would ever be concerned about going to see their dentist. Keep up the great work Creekside Dentistry....I look forward to seeing you again soon!....and Ive NEVER said that about any dentist office before. I highly recommend Creekside Dentistry to everyone! My name is Adam Scott my sister Linda Chandler was recently care for by Dr Upshaw. She has very bad anxiety about going to the dentistry. It took me about three weeks to talk her in to coming in to get her tooth pulled because of her anxiety. But from the moment she walked in to Creekside Dentistry she felt so comfortable it was like she feels at home from the receptionist to the assistance to Dr. Upshaw. Everyone made her feel so relaxed the fear was replaced with a calmness and comfort that only a great family dentistry can provide. Dr. Upshaw provide with such care and kindness an warmth made her feel so relaxed and at ease that she finely let the doctor pull her bad tooth with as little discomfort as possible Dr. Upshaw treated her with such kindness and tenderness that she will only see him for now on. The after care alone was unbelievable. The complications from her bad tooth with the infection she had the pain was unbearable but he provide her with help in every way possible without hesitation. You have know idea how grateful I am for all you have done for my sister. THANK YOU SO MUCH FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART TO THE WHOLE FAMILY AT CREEKSIDE DENTISTRY THANKS AGAIN DR. Mom told me I HAD to try her dentist out when I started to have problems with a tooth... so I called to set up an appt with Creekside, and the awesome office staff managed to fit me in to the schedule the very next day. I drove an hour to get to the office, and was it ever worth it!!! Turned out that I was close to needing a root canal done, but Dr. Koehler managed to save my tooth... when he numbed up my mouth, I never felt the needle! Im the biggest needle phobic out there... so if I didnt feel the needle - NOBODY feels the needle! What a talented doctor! Oh. and the office is beautiful... everythings new and clean.. theres even a fountain in the waiting room!.. you feel like youre walking into a spa!... AND there are television screens on the ceiling over the chairs where you get your work done...!!!! Oh, and get the baking soda spray when you schedule your cleaning... rather than the little ticklish brushes that leave your mouth feeling pasty after the cleaning, the spray basically pressure washes your teeth... it takes all of about 2 minutes, and no residue on your teeth afterward! Last thing - you wont find a friendlier group of people anywhere. I LOVE this dentist office!

I recently decided to change dentists and decided to try Creekside after reading several positive reviews. My experience has also been very positive. The office staff are friendly and professional. They are always extremely helpful in scheduling simultaneous appts for my two girls. The hygienists are gentle and friendly as well. We have only seen the dentists for a few minutes at a time (thankfully!), but they seem professional and knowledgeable. This location is much different from my last dentist, where they seemed to recommend replacing this filling here or going ahead and filling in that little gap there, even when there was no immediate cause for the work (each time I went in, they would suggest something...even the hygienist pushed for replacing existing dental work...it was getting weird and I finally started to get suspicious and wanted to try a different dental office). This has NEVER happened at Creekside, and I am a very happy patient.

Our family LOVES Creekside Dentistry! We started going when they opened and have referred a lot of friends. Dr. Koehler is amazing and the entire staff is fabulous. I took my son there after a pediatric dentist wanted me to hold him down on his first visit. Dr. Koehler was so patient with him since he was scared of dentists after that. Now my son loves going to the dentist! Hes had to have a couple of fillings and he isnt even aware he gets a shot. They do it so well that he just feels a pinch and them hes numb. When working on kids they keep all the instruments out of their view as to not to scare them. BUT, he explains everything theyre doing to the kids so its not just "open your mouth and let us work". The entire office staff is fabulous, they are very friendly and polite, and their appointment/computer system is a breeze! You can choose to have a phone call, email, or text as a reminder of your upcoming appointments.

SO pleased with Dr. Helton. I have been driving over an hour each way to another dentist for years and recently had some problems with him. I researched and asked friends and Creekside "won" for the number of people that recommended them. They were able to work me in the next day for a cleaning and Wendy was awesome!!!! The best cleaning I have EVER had. I didnt know there was that much of a difference between hygienists but I was wrong! I HIGHLY recommend her. Now my entire family will be going. Then I needed to replace an old filling and hadnt had a filling in years. I was nervous! Dr. Helton was SO gentle. I didnt even feel the shot going in. I never felt a thing and you could tell he took his time and wasnt rushed to do it right. Highly, highly recommend this office!

I can not say enough about this Dentist. Dr. Koehler is just amazing. I had a crown placed and I was super nervous. Even the receptionist talked with me to distract me before my appointment to keep me calm. I had nothing to worry about. After the numbing shots is 100 % pain free and it went so quickly. They design and mill the crown in the office so when I left I did not have to come back in two weeks. I was done. The dentist showed me how it was all done which is very interesting. I let me see him design the crown and I watched the machine mill it. He took his time and really made sure that it was the exact fit. There is no way this visit could have gone any better. I recommend them to any one and everyone I come in contact with.
