The eye doctor is wonderful at the eye care center and weve always been pleased with the time she spend making sure my son and I have the correct prescriptions. However, theyve changed support staff over the past two years and its sure to make this business hurt financially. The support staff act like they are doing you a favor by working there and are very unpleasant. Weve been seeing the doctor there for three years and we only wish there was a better support staff to help her. Its our last year with the Eye Care Center and if they didnt hold our eye prescription hostage we would take our business elsewhere now. They force you to buy lenses and not use the ones you have. Im lucky my son has two pairs of glasses and we can get one frame updated at a time. With their schedule it will take over a month to get both lenses updated. Safe your time, money and wasted anger and go someone else than here to get your eye exam and glasses/contacts.

Had a very quick and enjoyable experience. Lady at front desk had a great personality and man named Brandon in the Optics Center went above and beyond to try and help me get the glasses I desired.
