We have been going to Dr. Deckard for about 6 years now and we absolutely love her and the service we receive. She is always cheerful, extremely helpful in helping us understand the exam/findings, and offers her insight into glasses available for our family. The selection of eyewear is top notch and the gals in billing make it easy to work with our insurance provider. And the newly updated waiting room is fabulous. Love having a cup of coffee if I need to wait on being seen. Id recommend Precision Eye Group to anyone! Youll have a great experience even time. Ive been coming to Precision Eye Group and its predecessor for many years. Ive received excellent care from Dr. Deckard and her team. I have some chronic health conditions, and Dr. Deckard carefully monitors any vision changes that may be related to these and communicates with my primary care physician. Beyond the healthcare aspects, Precision also carries an excellent selection of frames and a helpful optician to help steer you to the most flattering choices while still maintaining your budget.

Ive been wearing glasses for over 20 years and this was the best experience of all. The eye exam, performed by Dr. Derek Bailey, was the most thorough I have ever had. He was great at making me feel valued and cared for. Nothing was rushed. No details overlooked. Topped it off with an amazing selection of frames. If youre looking for the cheapest eye exam/eye-ware available, look elsewhere. If youre looking for the best, look no further.

So disappointing! I love to be a critic but my recent examination by Dr. Deckard (and the interns who assisted her) was perfect as was the service in selecting new glasses and even the billing (ugh) process. In fact, I have never had anything to criticize in all my years of going there. Always professional, always efficient, always friendly. Oh, they could improve their candy selection at the front desk. There, take that!

Dr Howard has been taking care of my familys eyes for a number of years. We originally came to see her because we have a son with autism and needed someone understanding, and she was recommended by another parent. Dr Howard was fabulous. She is so good with our son (my husband and I also). I have also seen Dr Deckard and she is great also. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. Its a great place to go.

Dr. Howard is extremely caring and takes time to explain all of the procedures which she uses. I like the fact she has a "machine" so my eyes do not have to be dilated. As you go to her over time, she is able to see how your eyes are changing and makes helpful comments.
