I have had the worst time with this place. First it took over 2 weeks to get my glasses made, then there was no prescription in the bifocal part of the glasses as prescribed, but the girl that gave me the glasses told me I just didn't know how to wear bifocals, even though I've had them for 25 yrs. So finally figured out the problem and reordered and this time it took 3 weeks to get them. When I went to pick them up, they were just handed to me and asked fir my final pymt. I've had to go back twice to have adjustments made because they didn't check them before I left the office. Now I have to go back again because the nose pieces are digging in and hurts which they would have found if they would have sat down with me to see if they fit correctly when I picked them up. Terrible, terrible service

ive used crown for my glasses for years went to the chesterfield location for a change because the doctor was in on my day off , and what a change from my usual experience at the location they are so much nicer than my other location willing and eager to help . The chesterfield location is beautiful , the staff knowledgeable , and quicker then any of the previous location i have used . i even got my glasses early and with out have to call . good job guys and girls you are my new location and ive never been happier with any optical store ive used in the past 25 years than with this location . thank you so much phill t patient number :021-010731 employee mirjana hughes

Yusof, was great. He did a great job of guiding myself and my wife to get the right glasses for my head shape and facial features. The Doctor was excellent as well, she understood the unique defect with my eyes. Something that has taken me a very long to explain to others in the past, she recognized and comforted me right away. Yusof, also did a great job of explaining the different kind of lenses that were available for me and my frame choices. This location was my first experience with Crown Vision. For years I have gone to Clarkson Eyecare for my vision needs. However, after my experience at Crown, I will be making the switch for good. I have been using this Crown location for several years and have always had a good experience. Ive never waited an unreasonable amount of time and the staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. They even do a great job navigating the sometimes unwieldy world of my vision insurance plan.
