Horrible. Appt. Was at 3:10 we arrived at 3:20 receptionist said we were to late has to reschedule can only be 10 min. Late which was first day of school we were rushing to get there on Monday Aug. 15. Receptionist came out from back at 325 and told us to late and said we were 10 min she goes how can u say that when u r just now walking in I said no I am standing here cause she went out to car to get her glasses and the other lady helping someone with glasses said we were there at 13 after so we would have been within the 10 min. Time fram .Then to further upset me we had another child for eye exam at 410 they took her back at 345. 25 min. Before her appt time so I asked since she is going in early can the my other child be put in at 410 she told me no. There was No reason for this receptionist to treat us that way and I doubt if we come back after her appointment.not sure if we will ever go back to that one not sure what her name was but had brown hair and gray roots very rude yes I got upset with her but obviously since my second child was called back early 25min. They could have taken her also I could see if they were busy but they were not. I would not recommend Festus location unless that receptionist improves.

I recently visited this location and I have mixed feelings. They had nice frames and most of the staff seemed friendly enough, nothing mind blowing but definitely adequate. However, there was one girl there, her name was Kayleigh, that I couldve done without. I never write reviews or complain about stuff, but this girl was standing around in back talking obnoxiously loud to a younger gentleman about how drunk she got the day before. When I am shopping for glasses, I do not care to hear about your alcoholic tendencies, or the guy your getting drunk with, in between unnecessarily loud bursts of laughter. Who is the manager and why do they allow this?? Im all for having fun at work but this was beyond that. It was tacky and annoying. Beyond that, I dont have any complaints. The frame selection was good, just a tad pricey, but I kind of expected that walking in...

I always have a positive experience here. I have always came here for my eyes doctor. An they are so helpful too! The women at the desk, Rocky was amazing today! I was in a hurry and she helped me get the best price on my contacts and new glasses. I was afraid I wasnt going to be able to get new glasses because I cant afford them right now, but she helped me get my contacts and glasses and helped me pick them out an I could afford Them! She did awesome! Im a kid in college and working so the struggle is real! Thanks for helping me!!
