Really poor management. After visiting the office 7-8 times to get my contact prescription correct, I was finally given contacts that still did not match my prescription. I finally went in to ask for a refund because the contacts were useless and the front desk assistances were extremely rude (over the phone and by walk ins). Finally I just asked for management and she was very helpful and replied that she would call me in 2 weeks about my refund. Never happened. So I called, left a message. Never got a call back. Then called again, was treated rudely by the front desk, the front desk then tried to explain to me how refunds worked (which she gave a complete different answer than her boss)and then after a month I called again and finally was refunded my money for the contacts. Basically exhausting process. Just go to Sams optical shop if you can! I got new contacts and glasses in a week and a half. No problems! :)

I still remember my exam with Dr. Reynolds at the Pacific location. I was a teenager & it was my first eye exam ever by an actual eye dr. Now 14 years later I still remember Ms. Reynolds terrible patient care. I had no idea what to expect during my exam & I was nervious. She did not explain what she was doing(or putting in my eye). I recall asking what she was putting in my eye and I got a snippy vague answer followed by a "put your head back!". Needless to say I never saw Dr. Reynolds again nor went back to Clarkson Eyecare. To this day I still remember her rushed, snotty, & non-caring manner. Now a parent myself I wouldnt even think about taking my kids to see someone like Dr. Reynolds. Hopefully she has learned some "bedside mannor" since my childhood visit.

Dr. Langford has been my eye doctor for several years now. She is knowledgable, kind, efficient, and I always leave knowing Ive had care from one of the very best. If you are considering an eye doctor to whom you should entrust your eye health, I highly recommend Dr. Langford. She is wonderful; I have no doubt in my mind that youll agree!

Love this location! Everyone is super helpful and knowledgeable. Ive had to bring my little guy on several occasions and they do an amazing job helping keep him entertained while I get what I need to taken care of.
