DO NOT GO TO THIS VISION CENTER. Waited over 30 minutes to be seen even though I had a scheduled appointment. Spent about 10 minutes in with the doctor for lens exam. When leaving the exam room the doctor asked his assistant to do a pressure test. Instead of doing the test he kept asking over and over for a co-pay (which I knew I didnt have to pay and then confirmed that with my insurance) I asked how much the exam would cost and was told $81. When they handed my receipt to me I saw that they had charged my insurance $181 instead. I had to actually request that he give me my prescription, because after I got the receipt he just turned away from me. This place has the worst customer service I have ever seen in a vision center

Crown Vision has been my vision center for years! They always greet me by name and always with a smile. I get excellent service and they are very thorough. If I have a problem with my contacts or glasses, they are prompt to fix the problem. Even when my vision changed 3 times in a three month period. My daughter asked me why dont I go to somewhere thats cheaper. It is quality! I get excellent service every time. I would never go anywhere else!

Very smooth from setting up the appointment online, picking out a pair of frames prior to eye exam and the eye exam was great. They were able to look up my last years eye exam to aide me along my visit from another Crown Vision. Overall it took me less than an hour to complete the process on a Saturday and that means a lot to me that it didnt take too long of my day off.

Great Prices and good consistent service! I took my son there for his first pair of glasses and the doctor and staff did a great job with him. Crown had a good selection of glasses and took so much time with him. It is difficult to find people who truly care, but Crown does. Thank you for making this experience an easy one for us!

I had a great experience at Crown Vision. I went in for a set of contacts and even though I am unable to wear them Abbey really helped with the process and listened to all my concerns. The staff was just as wonderful and really helped me out when it came to picking out a new pair of glasses instead. I will never go anywhere else.

When going to this location with my younger brother for a fix, we were warmly welcomed by a younger girl. She chatted with us as she fixed the frames and made sure everything was level and comfortable for him. She seemed very nice and it was a nice environment to be in. Definitely will go back when he needs a left.
