Rude staff, particularly Becky. She acts like youre bothering her for doing her job. Dr. Patin is a nice fellow, but 6 months ago he recommended a new contact lens for dry eyes. From day one I had problems, but I had purchased them and sent in the bar code on the boxes for a rebate which I never received. So I thought I was stuck and had to finish them. After suffering through six months of uncomfortable lenses it was finally time to reorder. I asked to go back to the previous brand. They refused to order them without another exam. Another $35. After trying to explain the situation they refused to offer another alternative. I have never been so disappointed in an establishment. Would not recommend this place at all.

I had not been in a couple years because the lady at the front desk previously was always rude and nasty. Today was another horrible experience because the girl that helps you select your lenses decided to go take an hour lunch break when she was scheduled to assist me with my appointment. When she came back she was not apologetic and didnt care when I told her I was late for another appointment due to her lunch break during my appointment time. She stood there and looked at my "side eyed" and continued to say "your glasses will be in, in 2 weeks loudly"...smh horrible..do not plan on doing business here again!

Had an eye exam at the Towne Center location recently. Everyone was kind and professional, the facility was very clean, too. Dr. Patin was awesome, very kind and helpful. He made sure I was confident with my glasses and the prescription. Definitely recommend!

Dr. Patin is amazing! He is thorough and very friendly. My husband and I also bring our children to him and he is great with kids. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

My experience was wonderful. I will say that I love the Doctor and staff. I did not however get my glasses in a timely manor.
