Lisa Mitchell is by far the "BEST" eye doctor & has the best service I have ever experienced. She goes above & beyond to do everything she possibly can to ensure that your eyesight is the best it can be. My eye situation was with different circumstances & has required many visits & yet more to come. Each and every time I go there it is like the first visit, caring, concerned & always willing to help in any way she can. Lisa is extremely thorough and goes the extra mile to satisfy her patients. Her staff is the best & always extremely helpful. I highly recommend Mitchell Family Eye Care to anyone. **My daughter went there (while visiting from out of state) to see if she could buy some contacts because nowhere else in Thibodaux had her prescription. Lisa gave her a pair to hold her over. Now that is "Great Customer Service"!!

I found the Staff and the Doctors Very Professional and Polite. They were a pleasure to be around. They answered all questions and gave me information that I have never heard from any other doctors/specialists that I have seen over the past Twelve to thirteen years that I have been dealing with retina issues. They make you feel as though you are important to them and not just someone to collect a dollar from.
