Every time Ive come here each experience has been more disastrous than the last. The personnel are friendly and seem to know what their doing when you come in, all the way through getting glasses. When you pick up the product, you will find theyve dropped the ball. Made my glasses with the wrong prescription. After some hassle got them to correct that. The case on an expensive pair of sunglasses was a piece of cheap cardboard. Seriously? My wife claims the her contacts feel like pieces of jagged glass... on more than one occasion. Took 3 trips to get that fixed. I can promise Ill never darken their door again. I dont normally write negative reviews, but the taste of these experiences has lingered on well beyond the when freshness date has expired.

the front desk staff here promptly greeted me as soon as I walked in. I was referred to by name, and treated so wonderfully. One of the girls made me coffee, and an other one took my coat. I loved the doctors, and the opticians here made me feel so confident about my purchase, with their incredible knowledge. Definitely worth the drive and the money.
