GLITT EROUS

In 3 years I have not had my prescription corrected after being given the wrong one every year. Instead they just want me to try different brands of contacts. Its not the contact lens, its the prescription. The contacts I was just given were around $30 a box elsewhere but somehow $65 a box here.. I am now stuck with 6 months of the wrong prescription AGAIN and had to pay much more than the worth. The doctor told me that my old prescription was "Not performing." Then they gave me the same prescription. The one pair of glasses I had picked out was given to me with one lens sticking half out. They tightened the frame but refused to do anything else because "The lens is too thick.". So then let me pick out a different frame?.. For the time it takes to drive to this location on top of everything else, not worth it to come here. Poor communication, no compensations, takes too much time, and costs too much. Also who has one box of contacts come on time and one on backorder for a month? I was told they use the same pricing as 1-800-CONTACTS. Well, youre not 1-800-CONTACTS. They cost too much on top of having to pay out of pocket for the exam. So really this places costs more. Maybe thats where they fill the prescriptions. Cant understand why else it takes so long and costs so much.

I have been going here for 5+ years now and really like it. The staff is very friendly. On my 2nd visit I messed up when looking up the phone number in the phone book and made an appointment with Eyecare Washington instead of Washington Eyecare which I did not like as much as this place because the selection of frames is so much better here. Now I make sure I am calling the correct place. Also, Mr. Watts is just wonderful, so friendly and funny and nice!
