I visited Williamson Eye Center on a Friday. My appointment time was 10:30. I arrived at 10:20. At 10:45 I was called back for a screening and was then put in another waiting area. Two rounds of people were called before me. Finally, I was called into an exam room 55 minutes later. After waiting 15 more minutes I finally saw the doctor. Dr. Rachal was professional and thorough. He prescribed eye drops for my problem and said they would be called in and I should begin using them immediately so that I could get relief within the next week. As I checked out I noticed there was no one left in the waiting areas and the office was very quiet. I should have suspected a problem. I waited 2 hours and then checked to see if the pharmacy had received my Rx. They had not. I called the Eye Center. I was told to leave a message and my call was transferred so that I could. I left a message. Two hours later I again called the pharmacy. No Rx. I called the Eye Center again and was told that all of Dr. Rachals staff had left for the weekend. I have an eye infection and no medication because there was no follow through. I will NOT be returning to this eye doctor!

Incompetence does not describe these morons. 2 months later, I still have no glasses. I told them to keep my $375 and Id cut my losses. If you have an appointment, show up 30 minutes late and youll be on time. Buy your glasses there, and just show up about two weeks later, because they apparently wont call you when the glasses are ready. If I could cast a vote for a business to fail, itd be this one. These morons deserve to be on the ash heap of history. On an incompetence scale of 1-10, they rank an easy 30. Go to Target, youll get better service. I wish I could give them negative stars.

Wait, wait, wait. Call- transfer, transfer, transfer. Return-wait, wait, wait. These people where not stupid I think their system is flawed and everyone is sticking to protocol. I will never go there again. My experiences was so horrible I actually scheduled lasik just so I wont have to deal with this crap anymore

Dr Adams is the best eye doctor I have ever seen! He and his staff are very professional and phenomenal about your eye care. He always gives you all options to consider with the pros and cons of each. I highly recommend Dr Adams and Williamson Clinic to everyone I know! I have been using them for over 20 years!

Horrible Service!!!! I waited an hour and a half just to be seen! I was there for three hours and the staff was so unconcerned! When I finally got to check out I paid with cash and the cashier would not give me a receipt saying "we dont give receipts for cash". This place is a joke! Do Not go here!!

I always have a great experience with Dr. Adams and his nurses. Dr. Adams is so nice, very thorough and very easy to talk with. I have had to wait past my appointment time but I dont mind. To me, that means Dr. Adams is taking his time being thorough with another patient. Its a good wait.

I have used the Williamson Eye Center for over 20 years, Dr. Edwin Adams, and have never had a bad experience. Most waiting time is 30 minutes, mostly about 15 min. Always greeted pleasantly. Facilities are nice, nurses are very cordial, and up to date technology is excellent. Al

My Daughter had the first appt of the day. Was there at 7:55 and had to wait over 2 hours to be seen. If I would have been there this would not have happened. I would have walked out long before the 1 hour mark.
