My experience with this location was horrible. They dilated my eyes prior to my eye test and prescription. I called back 6 months later and Dr. Wacawski refused to wave the contact fitting even if my prescription was incorrect. The doctor claimed that he did not dilate my eyes prior to my exam which was complete lie. While I was in the office I overheard another unhappy customer complaining about his prescription. After hearing the way they spoke to that gentleman and after hearing the doc refuse to cover a $40 contact fitting, it became apparent that this location would never admit to human error. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE>I will never go back to this Clarkson Eye Care location.

What a terrible practice they cant make glasses correctly bc they are in to big of a hurry I take them back X2 and THEY STILL ART CORRECT, I WILL INFORM ALL FRIENDS AND FAMILY ABOUT HOW HORRIBLE THEY ARE AND HOW THEY DONT STAND BY THERE NAME AND FIX THE WRONGS AND MAKE THEM RIGHT.....AWFUL SNOTTY WORKERS NEVER HAVE MY BUSINESS EVER AGAIN YOU CAN SHOVE THE 72 BUCKS U KNOW WHERE!! NOT GETTING A DIME FROM ME EVER AGAIN!!!
