Dr. Chen and her staff are AMAZING. I had a huge metal pole fall on my teeth on a Friday at 2:30. My Dentist was closed and told me if it wasnt an emergency they couldnt do anything. I had my brothers engagement party the very next day and didnt want to attend with a shattered mouth. I called a friend who referred me to Dr. Chen. They said they would take care of me even though they closed at 3 that day. Dr. Chen and her staff stayed probably 2+ hours after close to fix my teeth. And not only did she fix my teeth I think she improved my smile :) She truly is quite good at every single aspect of her job, from the people she hires to the care she provides! Thank you so much Dr. Chen!

I may be one of the pickiest people around when it comes to dentists. You have found your new dentist! Dr. Chen is wonderful! She has an well-honed, experienced set of skills. She can craft your smile with her artful eye as it is apparent when you see how she has set up and appointed her beautiful office building-its clean, modern and high-tech. This is the kind of practice you feel grateful to have found then keep going to even if youve moved far away as you will never want to change to another practice again. The staff is amazing! they have mad skills, kind hearts and nitrous if you need to relax.

I am new to the state 100 days made one phone call, within 24 hours I was seen, and my issue was addressed. Went back set up a dental plan, and scheduled my next years cleaning I will not go anywhere else. Sweet flat screens, able to watch tv while teeth are being worked on. Everyone is normal! extremely friendly! And they GET IT!! Worked with my budget ( and I have some horrible teeth) and did not break the bank. Multiple crowns, a partial .. You name it I got it... So they are great

I recently moved to Washington and was long overdue for a dentist visit. I picked this place due to the rave reviews and ideal location near my job. Let me tell you... This staff did NOT disappoint. From the second I walked in, I felt important, comfortable and cared for. Kathy (hygienist) is so sweet and Dr. Chen is very thorough and knowledgable. Upon leaving I felt better equipped and educated on how to take care of my oral health, and was beyond satisfied with my experience.

They really care about your pain. They will do everything they can to comfort you and at same time do best to clean your teeth and take care your problems. Dr. Chen and her staff are the best! Im so glad I found them. Im a total baby when it comes to my teeth so going to the dentist is a bit nerve racking for me. However, I barely felt my cleaning and exam, serious win in my book. I will be telling all my friends and family to come to them!
