Dont be late for your appointment and expect a long wait. Today I was late about 12 minutes and the staff told me very impolitely that I had to reschedule. I understand that late checking in might cause in delaying next appointments and I felt sorry about that. But I usually come on time and have to wait for 30 minutes or more. So I thought being a little late can be excused. But it looks like they are intolerant of delays by patients and okay with their delay. I asked the staff if they can squeeze in but she responded in a very rude way and said she didnt want to argue with me. So I explained about the situation to the doctor and she examined my kids anyway. It was so unpleasant experience and I decided not to come there again. I would not recommend this dentistry office.

My daughter is 6 years old and she was very scared of going to a dentist. Once she reached there, she wanted to stay there and the staff was super cool. They have so many thing to keep your child distracted and she loved the goodiee bag that they gave her. Most important they didnt do anything that wasnt required.
