PRO: 1 receptionist was nice. CONS: Esenia, the other receptionist, is incompetent and rude, they are irresponsible, and do not care about you. I was in pain due to an infected tooth that needed a root canal. I was given an exam but Dr Sekhon told me she could do nothing due to my elevated BP (due to the mouth pain she would not do anything about). I was told to come back in 10 days and they would fix me up then. I had just finished a round of antibiotics for Bacterial Pneumonia, and she put me BACK on that same antibiotic for 5 days and told to take Tylenol and Ibuprofen and the pain would subside. I told this "Doctor" that I had already been taking the max amount of both and I needed relief from the pain: Please either do a root canal; extract the tooth; give me some Tylenol III and please just do something. Her response was to send me to the front desk, where I resigned to make the appointment for 10 days later and left. I called 5 days later in excruciating pain, they said they would call back but failed in even that. I was again told to just take Tylenol...I found that I had Sepsis and a REAL dentist unaffiliated with this chop shop helped me out. Do NOT go here.

The billing practice of this office is beyond my comprehensions. It sent me letters saying I owed payment of my sons regular dental checkup from 2015. But when I called my insurance company, the agent told me there was no pending claims that needed my attention. I called the Peak Dental office, the receptionist seemed to be very angry. Her tone was rude and unprofessional, as if I was trying to escape the payment. After I explained what my insurance company told me, she suddenly said Peak Dental would take care of the payment. I asked if this was a mistake. She said no, the letters were sent automatically. The way she expressed it made me feel she was doing me a big favor and I should be really thankful. I was lost in her reasoning process. The dental offices I used in the past always checked my insurance policy to make sure either the treatments I received were covered in the policy, or they would make clear to me what extra payment I should expect. This simple routine is not practiced in this office.

Worst front desk customer service ever! They scheduled an appointment for me to get my wisdom teeth extracted over the phone, they cancelled the first time because the oral surgeon was out with the flu (understandable) They told me they would call to reschedule within 48 hours and didnt, so I called back to rescheduled and placed an appointment! Show up for my appointment and they had overbooked so I was unable to get in! They didnt even offer to reschedule!! They were rude and disrespectful. Not a friendly staff to be working the front counter! Ill be taking my business elsewhere! -unsatisfied before I even got the dental work. Thanks for making me drive 45 minutes for an appointment that didnt occur...:(

I decided to switch to other clinic finally. I had been there for 4 times. But until now I am still bothering by teeth pain and cant sleep , cant eat. This was the same problem I told the general doctor from the first time. But it seems she did not think it is a problem, and had done deep cleaning for me for 2 times. At the 3rd time, she still told me " you have good teeth". Finally, at the 4th time, I told her the exact tooth which bothered me. She began to give some medicine. Still with happy smile without a sorry word. During this process, she had used up all the insurance and I have to cover the rest by my own. It is ridiculous! Byebye, definitely I would not step into this clinic again!

I’m not able to comment on the level of services provided because unfortunately their front desk staff at the Factoria location was less then helpful when I came in to inquire about openings. The lady (shorter light blonde hair) seemed extremely put out by my presence and was downright rude when if they took my employer provided insurance and availability of appointments. It was as if they absolutely didn’t want any new clients. I’ve always assumed you would want someone welcoming and helpful as your business’s first point of contact, this person is neither of those things. Perhaps a bad day, a bad life… either way she’s doing your company a disservice by misrepresent you with her miserable attitude.

The dentist, desk staff and medical assistants are nice but the blonde who manages finances and insurance is a real piece of work. She claimed my insurance didnt cover anesthesia without even double checking. So I called my insurance and they said they did so I dodged like $600. I then reported the issue to the state and their boss and got a harassing phone call calling my seizure problem "definitely not covered since its just fear". They also told me I shouldnt have even reported them at all and her tone was outrageous. Are you serious? Is that a threat? Im getting my surgery done somewhere else with a more manageable wait time. SEPTEMBER? Are you joking?

Was there almost 3 hrs .I asked when I made my appointment if I should sign a thing to get my records and my ex rays they didnt get themy .I reminded them at my appointment maybe thats why I waited almost 3 hrs .Maim reason for visit for Orth consult talked about it.Decided to wait tell Im more secure cause its very expensive .Finally got done get home then they called me wanting to talk about ortho again .I said I just got done talking about this .Seems like they really try to get your sale.Other then that they are very nice didnt expect a half hr visit to turn into almost 3 hrs as nothing was done .No cleaning.

Worst dentist place I have ever went to. The doctor is very unprofessional and doesnt care if their patient is in extreme pain and they didnt listen to me when I told them the pain I currently have is unbearable because of a infected tooth. I told her Tylenol or Advil or any over the counter medication doesnt help and I need something stronger since the antibiotics are going to take a few days to kick in. And what does she do, she prescribes me Tylenol. Wouldnt recommend anyone to go there because they just dont care about you or the pain you are going through.

Most terrible treatment ever received!!! Manager is super unprofessional. I called to reschedule and they would not even abide by their own policies! They just want to get money out of you. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Manager treated me super poorly over the phone almost screaming at me just because I asked if I could reschedule a visit in less than 48 hours. NO ONE should be treated this way. She could have explained in a more professional manner.

Great experience with very friendly staff to greet me and treated me very kindly throughout the entire process. They were more interested in how they could meet my needs as a patient and did not come across liknow their main concern was getting paid. Of course they are concerned about payment and insurance like any other providers but they cared more about the health of my teeth.
