Poor customer service!! and I came in to purchase sunglasses with CASH!!! I need alot of correction and I know it is expensive. The two seemed bothered by my questions to prompt them to do their job / potiently have a sale. I ask are you offering any sales? I am looking to purshase perscription sunglasses with cash. She days No sales. While Im looking at sunglasses, not one offers to see if I wanted to try anything on. I have to ask to can I try something on. Then she mentions there is 20% off frames if you get a prescription. Didnt I ask that! I try them on and give them back amd then she goes and sits back down and starts talking about different lenses. I ask for a quote and gave her my prescription. She hands me a paper a all the individual prices but no total. So, I add it up and its 900$. Not bad for my prescription and the expensive frame I wanted. However, I was disappointed in the customer service so what better way to show it write a review and keep my money! It could have been a 5 min sale, I knew what I wanted and had the money. On to the next vision center

I went to this vision center for years. I only stopped going here when my work changed their vision insurance. The doctors and staff are all very friendly. They want to make sure you have a great experience. This is one of the best options for your eye care.

Ordered my new glasses on 3/6/17. Got a call stating they were ready. Went to pick them up wrong frame. Now it is 3/22/17 still no glasses. Highly irresponsible.
