First, let me say. Rarely do I provide a 5 rating for anything. Secondly, I have worn glasses all my life and have experienced all sorts of service. CONS - The office is a bit outdated and the glasses selection limited. However, Dr. Holle owns his practice and I have come to prefer that than big corporate chains - no matter how fancy they appear. PRO - Dr Holle is very methodical about his work and makes sure he gets the prescription correct. Love that! (Especially with diff prescription in both eyes and bifocal issues :) In NO WAY shape or form, did they attempt to push their product. And rest assured, I have been harassed to up buy by many previous places. IE Urban Optique and eye care in Chandler AZ is one example. Really positive experience for me.

What great customer service and care! I am new to Dr. Holles office and could not be more pleased! I was having problems seeing clearly with contacts prescribed by another eye doctor and was referred to Total Eyecare Center by a friend. The office staff is friendly and efficient. And Dr. Holle almost considered it a personal challenge to find the correct lens fit and strength. He carefully examined my eyes, comparing the lens that I had to what I should be wearing. He was able to correct my prescription using special lens for astigmatism. Now my vision is fabulous and I am referring all my friends to him.

I have been going to Dr. Holle since the early 2000s and have been consistently happy with the service I have received. He has advanced technology in his office to examine your eyes without dilation which is very helpful when I have to get back to work at use a computer the rest of the day. Im very skittish about anything coming at my eyes such as drops and the glaucoma test, and he is very patient and delicate with me. He always has a wonderful staff and great selection of frames.

Dr. Holle is an excellent doctor! My daughter and I have been coming to him for years now, even though I moved to Paradise Valley. Recently, hes has helped me with a "seeing up close" problem. He explained the reason for the problem and gave me several options. Hey, options are good. He said alot of people choose the progressives but I opted for simple reading glasses. They work great for me and he respected my choice.

Dave - Jan 2012 I needed some additional glasses to look more professional and up to date. Dr. Holle had a wide variety of glasses to choose and set me up with a new look. Dr. Holle and his staff were very helpful in getting me the right pair and the best fit for me. I will continue to see Dr Holle whenever I need eye care.

Dr. Holles been my eye doctor for at least 12 years. At 53 years old I now have multiple vision needs and dry eyes. He listens to all of my needs and provides options which I can choose from. I love his friendly demeanor and Im always comfortable that when I leave with a vision prescription -- its spot on. Thanks Doc!

I wish I had the opportunity to experience what everyone else described. Unfortunately the lights were off and the door was locked when I tried to go to my 7am appointment. And still no answer on their phone by 720. So I guess its a great place as long as they actually show up on time. Very unprofessional.
