Poor! Made appointment for 1015. Arrived 1010. Only person in waiting area. 20 minutes later I got called to come back. I made a comment about the wait and the tech chose an obscure vein on the top of my elbow to draw from. It was meant to hurt and she blew the vein by jabbing it in through as she finished.

No appointment just walked in. Arrived at 8:45 there were four people ahead of me. Took 20 minutes for them to be taken care of and we were out by 9:15. This is the fastest weve been in and out just for blood work. GOOD JOB!!!

Need some staff, usually only one person working. They never get the online appointments. Only good thing is they are close to my house.
