I give this place a 5 star. I left from there this morning as I took my wife there to get her blood draw. She was in and out very fast. As I sit in the lobby and watch how rude people come into this place yelling and screaming at the staff about bills and there orders. I also watch how the staff handle each one with great skill. I am very questionable about my health and so is my wife.We both work in the medical field. Meaning we ask questions? From our doctors to understand. They lady at the desk instructed the person with the bill that the doctor did not provide a medical necessity code for there insurance to cover the test that was performed and instructed the person with the bill to take it to there doctor to have them write a new code on the bill for that test and sign it. Then fax it back to them and they would have billing resubmit it to the insurance. Then the one with the order issue. Apparently what happen in this case was the doctor did not write legible or place a code on the order. So they had to call the doctors office to get clarification on what was written. The man started cussing them and asking if they even graduated school and if they could read . If I had to work in this office and deal with the people that come in there. I would have the cops sitting in the building. I give all the employees their an applause!

Today was my first time visiting Florida Medical Lab and I must say it was a great experience. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. I had a few questions about them accepting my Insurance and they were very helpful and explained in great detail to me how the process works. It is very unusual to find a place that accepts all Insurance but they do. They were extremely busy this morning and I only waited about 15-20 minutes. I could not believe how fast the ladies were and how helpful and nice everyone was. I will definitely use them again.

Worst lab in Panama City. My wife had two different blood work requirements and she explained it to the Check In Person. After waiting 45 minutes, they realized that there was requirements for two not one. They had to call back to get insurance approval. After an hour and 15 minutes, they finally got her in for samples. The issue was they never had more than two people back in the operating area at a time. Then when someone came out it would take another 15 minutes to call the next person.Slower and more inefficient than Quest Lab

Accepts patients without medical insurance. Services can be paid by money order, check, or credit card. Have ALWAYS used this lab for ALL of my Blood Work.
