The employees are great! Every time Ive been there they are professional and friendly. And they are so good at drawing blood that I never feel it. They deserve 5 stars. The one star review is for the scheduling manager for this location. My most recent visit was Feb 20, 2016. I arrived without an appointment at 9:05am. The office was scheduled to open at 8:00am but when all the employees arrived before 8:00am, they discovered that none of them had a key to open the door. As they explained to the patients waiting to get in for their tests, not all employees are assigned a key, and so they had to start calling around on their phones to see who they could find that had a key that was not working at another location, and could drop by to open the door. THIS is poor scheduling on the part of the LabCorp employee who manages the work schedules. This feat was accomplished by 8:45am and all patients began the check in process. Once again please note that the employees did a fabulous job of damage control by listening to the complaints that all the patients had, especially the ones who had made appointments. I go to this location twice a year. It is across the lobby from my doctors office. It is convenient and in a wealthy part of town. Folks in this area all work so to arrive and have to wait 45 minutes for the office to open is unacceptable. The same situation with no key to open at the correct time has happened to me 2 other times at this location in the last few years.
