This branch of Quest Diagnostics has the worst customer service that I have ever had at a medical office location. The branch manager explained to me today that they had done all my paperwork wrong and given me back documents that I should not have been given back. Additionally, the lady who was checking our insurance information was extremely smug and very unprofessional in her appearance. Her hair was all very unkempt and her dentures were oversized or something.....very untidy in her appearance.The lab technicians are always different, and being a former cancer patient, it would have been nice to have the same person drawing your blood. Instead, it is always someone new.

I am what the call a hard poke when it comes to drawing blood from my arms. I used to go to Bay Medical to get my blood work done and they always had to poke me 3 or more times ( once it was 5 times and I made them stop ) I was told about Quest and have been going ever since!! The staff is AWESOME and never have had to poke me more than once!! I tell everyone to go there instead of the hospital!! I can not brag enough on how the staff treats me they are so friendly I do not want to leave. Keep up the good work Quest!! Lynda Mahorney

Had to go to the one on baldwin to give some tubes of blood, I was super nervous, due to having a history of tipping (passing out). Took only 10 minutes to get called back, they moved me to the bed within seconds, the nurse was super reassuring and very sweet, wish I caught her name, glasses and blonde hair.. she was very kind. Took one poke and I didnt even feel it! She convorsated with me the whole time, and it was over in 5 minutes. Afterward, She offered me a water, and I was all done! Took literally 15 minutes.

One of the worst patient experiences ever. Any of their other locations are much better. They are slow and cold. You sign in wait for 30 minutes then get called for them to take a piece of paper that they couldve taken when you first signed in. Then you wait for another 30 minutes for them to call you in for a sample. So really the first thirty minute queue was simply to print a label!!! dont come here. Save yourself an hour.

WORST. CUSTOMER. SERVICE. EVER. Go anyplace else but here. they are very understaffed and even with an appointment you will wait 30 minutes. with no appointment you will wait 1 to 2 hours. The women that work there are very rude and they have no consideration for anyone but themselves. Its just horrible.

No one ever picks their phone up. Service is unprofessional and childish. Always super slow even if there are only two people in the waiting room. The people there need to be fired and they need to hire more friendly and professional staff. Dont know why any one would work there and act that miserable.

The employees are great and friendly. They are always busy in the morning and have had to wait up to 2 hours for a fasting blood test without an appointment. Very difficult to get a 7am appointment in the same month!

The staff is so friendly and everyone is so nice. I didnt have an appointment, but was in and out within an hour and the place was full. They are very knowledgeable, thorough and fast! Keep up the awesome job!!

Dont have insurance? NEVER GO HERE. GO TO FLORIDA MEDICAL LAB ON 23rd. So much cheaper. Quest quoted me $381. FL MEDICAL LAB total = $91. Would rate less than 1 star. Place was FLOODED with people too.
