I attempted to call their office today due to my 6 week old having a fever and crying and I needed to get a hold of a nurse to figure out what to do and how much medicine to give her as she was an infant and directions on bottle said to call doctor for recommended dosage. The phone rang and there was background music for, literally, 5 minutes before anyone even ANSWERED the phone. When I finally got thru and someone answered, I informed them I needed to be transferred to the nurse, was put on hold AGAIN for another 5 minutes before I hung up. Also, every time I go there, the wait is ridiculous. My children have NEVER been taken back on time. They do not run their practice well. If it werent for both my kids seeing, and liking, Dr. Buckler we would NOT go there. Currently considering transferring to another office due to the lack of attentiveness to the front desk/phones.

Ever since Mercy Health acquired Saint Marys, we have seen patient care decline drastically. They take on way too many patients now, you feel like just another number when you visit this office. Half the time you can only get in to see a PA. Weve taken our kids out of this office and moved them to Cascade Pediatrics. The difference in care is incredible. Our kids can actually be seen by a doctor, sick visits are simple and easy, doctors actually listen and care about their patients because they arent overloaded with way too many patients! We would never recommend Mercy Health to anyone, the Spectrum Health partner groups are so much nicer and you actually feel like a person!

The nurses and doctors are extremely friendly and quick. They know what they are doing and are extremely smart. They helped me get in and out quickly and they do everything to the best of their abilities! Unfortunately they have to use a extremely dumb computer record software for their medical records...I know from past experience at my old office before I retired. Other than that an extremely great doctors office!!! P.s. the other bad post about the insurance isnt their fault they try not to get into it with insurance so they dont have issues and arguments.

They are competent and appear to stay fairly well on time. The important concerns were addressed well with a good treatment plan. They missed one OTC medication I told them about verbally, which eventually did not get into the electronic record nor on my continuing care document. However, a prompt reply to my inquiry through their user-friendly patient portal resolved that issue promptly. Very good experience overall.

Sat on hold for 46 minutes on the way to my appointment just to see if it would be okay if i was a few minutes late due to traffic if not i would of turned around and rescheduled. But instead i sat on on hold for 46 minutes until i arrived for them to just tell me they cant get me in today. Took an entire day off of work just to make this appointment

I had to change doctors and Dr Sarah Rodriguez was accepting new patients. She was willing to bill the appointment according to the codes my insurance will accept. I appreciated that a doctor would listen to my healthcare situation which is stressful. There was a short wait but it didnt take too long. I was very satisfied.
