Having struggled with depression and anxiety for many years, I have dealt with many physicians, some of which whose motives and degree of professionalism led me to wonder why they had become physicians at all. While mental health resources are one of the most necessary medical specialties, they are often among the most difficult services to obtain, and finding a provider that truly seems to care can be a nightmare for patients in crisis. My experience with Dr.Terry Hagan has been very satisfying from a "customer" standpoint. He maintains a high level of professionalism, always, and fulfills his role as a medical provider in a caring, compassionate fashion. Doctor Hagans facility is well kept, and his staff members are friendly and very professional as well. I recently thanked Dr. Hagan for his professionalism, adding, "Thank you for giving me my life (quality of life) back," and I sincerely meant it. Should you find yourself in need of mental health services, I would highly recommend Hagan Health.

condescending and distant, has a case full of surgical instruments on display in his office- it really makes one feel as if he wishes he could still use them for psychiatric problems (shudder) - does not believe in PRN medication, so if you have anything for anxiety- dont ask him for it or he will require you to see his therapist before he will let you have anything for sudden attacks. -Also, his therapist left and no one told me, i showed up for an appointment with a person who was no longer there. - had a problem with a prescription and called, was advised they would call me back- they never did, so i went 2 months without medication. - heavens forbid you use the wrong word when telling him anything- he delights in correcting you and never actually addresses the issue. he gives the feeling that you are begging for drugs every time you visit, you can practically see the dollar signs in his eyes.
