Spacious bright place with the top equipment that is always clean... Lines only at peak times. Helpful staff, friendly etc, on the gym floor and at the front desk. Great... but was charged for a YEAR AFTER I tried to cancel my membership. The membership was a gift coming out of a friends account. When I called late on a Friday of the last day of the month, they said call back on Monday. I did that, and they said they would cancel it. Two months later, I received a postcard giving me a spa discount for my birthday, I called and they said oh, they probably just sent that to you to get you back as a member. Three months later -- Got another postcard with coupons for my friends and family. I called again and they said OH you arent cancelled after all, but we will cancel you. Then my friends card got replaced and we figured that should take care of it if nothing else had. Months later, my friend noticed the charge was still recurring. Yeah, stupid that it wasnt carefully checked before, or that I did not keep and refer to my membership contract which stated you had to write a letter to cancel membership (why would I still have that after 4 years) ... but why would I even check it when people on the phone told me I was cancelled? When I complained to the membership dept that I had called and been told repeatedly I was canceled, the person was so rude I could not believe it! The old "Well I dont know who told you that" cop-out. I wrote a letter to the manager and never heard anything back, nor was offered any kind of reparations for over $1080 of charges though I had not stepped foot in the gym once in 15 months. Will NEVER go back. I still think about it and cant believe how rude they were to me in membership after YEARS of having gone to that gym since it was started!! No loyalty by them, so none by me either. Keep your contact, read it carefully.

Rude, unprofessional staff. I attended a few yoga classes, one of which was good. The other two, I have no idea what they were. I have studied yoga in India, and, whatever they were doing in those classes was not yoga. Most of the poses were just made up. Then one instructor had us doing reps. You never do reps in yoga. That is Western exercise not yoga. Also, I had a previous neck injury and had a blanket supporting my neck during Shavasana(resting pose). The instructor comes over and jerks it out from under my neck and tell me it needs to be folded a certain way. Excuse me? I had it exactly how I needed to to support my neck. It almost re-injured my neck. In another class, the instructor had us do a pose I had never done(that was not yoga) and it sent my knee into spasms, almost causing me to dislocate it. Have any kind of exercise classes you want, but dont label something as a yoga class when it clearly is not.

I love this place. I have been a member since 2004. I left for a year or so to try one of those left expensive places. But i came back , because this facility has everything. Lots of classes on land and in the pool. Large spaces big exercise class room. Wide variety of classes. Great instructors. They have a cafe and a spa/saloon , childcare. Lot of machines/equipment. Its a clean well maintained facility. The have a hot tub , 2 pools-one of which is heated. A sauna. They supply everything. Towels , soap. The only thing I dont like is that over the years many good employees have left. Like Carlos Riveria , Doc , Brent /-the guy that did the kettle bell class. They dont have any many early afternoon Sunday classs , just yoga. But several in the morning.

This is ore than a place to just exercise. Its clean, comfortable, well designed with people of all age brackets. There are plenty of exercise machines, well maintained and constantly cleaned and lots of classes as well as a beautiful pool, warm water therapy pool, jacuzzi and steam room. The locker rooms are clean, well-lit and attended and plenty of free towels, free lockers, etc. Its well worth the price.

Very clean and everyone there is very professional. I have been a member at Milestone over a span of 15 years. One major problem is that they have not updated their weight machines over that time period. I have been told that there is no plan to update those equipments anytime in the near future. When Planet Fitness has better modern weight machines than this place you know something needs to be done.

I have been a milestone member for about 14 years - the facility is ALWAYS impeccably clean and the customer service staff is second to none. I mainly take the yoga classes, and they have an excellent line-up of teachers and classes for all levels. The pool area is AWESOME with separate lap pool, warm therapy pool and a HUGE hot tub. This facility is highly recommended for all ages from teens to 90+

I worked out for the first time at Baptist East Milestone last week and it was amazing. The facility is state of the art and the staff was friendly. While prices appear high for membership, the benefits gained in a clean, safe, and positive atmosphere are huge. I would suggest Milestone to EVERYONE who wants to work out, become more fit, and live a healthier life. I will be coming back!

Love this place. Feels like home. Great staff. Always glad to see you. Countless workout classes for people of every age and fitness level Including the pool. Be sure to grab a shake in the full service cafe. You can even drop the kids off in their day care center before you work out or get a massage in their spa. Love this place !!

We researched the B.E.W.C and they advertise a family facilities. When setting up a tour I was firmly told me " we dont offer family memberships, only add on membership. Also she added " this is an adult only facility. " they do not allow children. Wow mind blowing ! They get away with barring children?
