Completely Useless. Was told there would be a $100 fee plus anything else that they do (labs, etc). Was charged $163 - $33 ("discount" for self-pay). Nothing else other than 5 minutes of talking took place. WTF? Waited 2.5 hours to see the doc (they only have 1 doc and an NP on staff - if you can even call them that) so dont expect anything "immediate" around here. The doc was completely useless (Mandy F.). Talked about herself the entire time about just being a "band-aid" and did nothing for the problem. Absolutely NOTHING. Said I would need to see a primary doc. I dont have a primary doc... hence the reason I saw you and paid money! #YouIdiot So I got to waste ~3 hours of my day and pay $130 (when I was told it would be $100) only to have NOTHING done. How can you in good conscience charge someone for services not rendered? What a waste of human existence this place is. Ended up going to a different provider (a non-Norton ER) and they were able to fix it in a matter of an hour. I would stay away from anything Norton related unless its a life and death situation, then you are better off going elsewhere even then. This is a lesson learned - no more Norton facilities for me, ever.

Customer service was horrible. Registration nurses attitudes were bad, seemed like they didnt like their jobs or care about the patient. Professionalism lacked tremendously. If I felt like making the drive to the emergency room I wouldve done that. Will not visit again... to top it all off I go to send my daughter back to school today 10/29/14(I kept her out an extra day) looking over the doctors note to put it in her backpack and the information isnt correct!!! How do you give the wrong note to the wrong patient?!?! This place is full of incompetent nurses. When asking for corrected note I also asked for the dates to be corrected to reflect me keeping her home for the extra day and the nurse acted like it was a crime to do that!!! This has got to be one of the worst experiences ever at a doctors office. Too much attitude, nowhere near enough training... If you have no people skills you shouldnt work in a field where people are your main priority

Place is horrible staff is very pushy even when there is no one around. The room I was in had an examination bench that was falling part there was dust and stuff clearly visible on the walls leaving black marks. Along with dust on the equipment in the room. And no bi-hazardous trash can to separate anything that might be contaminated from things that arent. Also the nurse that treated me didnt use the blood pressure cuff correctly putting it in the wrong location. This is definitely not a health care facility. Also they have equipment that didnt even work leading staff to search for equipment that did work.

Extremely disrespectful female doctor on staff. She accused me of waiting until the last minute for an important refill on an uncontrolled substance. She didnt ask, she knew... and she was wrong. She then proceeded to degrade me to another colleague, which she didnt know that I had already exited the exam room because I wasnt having any of that. I told them, "send me a bill if you think you should." 1.5 months later, I get a bill for $110. Calling customer service when they open. One nice receptionist and one mean receptionist. Dont be fooled.

If I could give zero stars I would got there a 12:00 for ear pain and didnt get seen until 3:30 later got put in a room and had to wait 30 more minutes and I all they did was give a pill they tried to say it was my gold earrings witch its not cause Ive have them all my life still in pain later asked the nurse how many Milligrams of tylonal I could take and didnt know!what doctor doesnt know that information also you have to get a referral if you have passport never did they tell me that which was another 30min

I came in Wednesday and I asked to be tested for strep and I was told that there was no way I had strep because I wasnt coughing so they did a flu test and it came back negative did they offer to test me for strep afterwards... no they just sent me on my way with tamaflu so its Sunday nite here at suburban where the REAL doctors are and they informed me i have had strep for two weeks now with a 102.5 fever... real good doctor work at least now I know that you guys are a waste of time

It has always been just what I needed in ER situations with my daughter. They are kind, compassionate and patient with my autistic child. Always so helpful if I have questions or pharmacy issues. There is one doctor here whos beside manner is lacking but still he does the rest of his job well. Everyone else is aces here! Only local we go to , well worth the visit.

the nurse or na took my blood pressure too tightly, I didntt say anything but then the pressure started again so I told her, she didnt care she told me it fine its almost done after she took the band off I had red streaks where blood vessels broke and the center was pale white even the doctor asked what happened, but once I told her she didnt care either

Front desk staff has a bad attitude, seems as though customer care has been whittled away by people seeking pain pills. Theres an aura of mistrust and antipathy for the young that makes even an honest young person defensive. I only felt well received by 1 out of the 3 people I interacted with. Probably better for the elderly...

This place is a joke!!!!Waiting room full of patients and they are not calling anybody. Been here for 2 hours waiting. I dont think these are doctors here. They have no idea how to diagnose a very simple, common illness. They sure act more like blacksmiths. Try to avoid this place and go somewhere else.

Horroble experience! The receptionist was very rude. The rest of the staff, the nurses and doctors were rushed and not pleasant. I felt like they were only interested in making money, not treating sick people. I wouldnt refer anyone here, only as a very last resort

Sara, the GIRL that answered the phone, was very rude. Just wanted to know how much they charged for a sports physical. Basically, refusing to answer my question because my child has insurance. Finally told me how much they were and slammed the phone down.

This place is horrible. The staff is nasty and the doctor is crap. He misdiagnosed me and Ive been sick for weeks. They are all about money. They just try to see you real quick to get a buck. PLEASE DO NOT GO THERE! ITS A WASTE OF YOUR MONEY AND TIME!

First and foremost I never in my life been to a doctors office where a receptionist sprays Lysol excessively. If that person was up to date with her shots then she should have nothing to worry about. Nobody want a to be choking on Lysol fumes.

Called this place because i was having chest pain, honestly felt like a heart attack, it took 20 minutes until anyone answered. I didnt want to pay for an ambulance or take the risk of driving. This place is horrible, plus they were rude!
