Upon arrival at the Galbraith location, I start to state my name and appt time and get cut off and told to sign in, which I was already doing. This is my second time here for a simple pre-employment screening that I have been treated poorly. Customer service is terrible! I arrive on time but the employee (F. Smith) leaves for her lunch and I sit here until she was done. She comes back out rambling on her cell phone that her lunch is over. She finally takes care of me 35 minutes after my arrival. As a result, Im late returning to work. I hope she enjoyed her lunch because I had to miss mine!

Quest Diagnostics is making the frustrations with Health Care in America worse, much worse. I spoke with Perry (sp?) the supervisor on duty about services which were rendered which I did not consent to and was given no assistance except "I understand". After multiple calls over approximately 6 months I just paid the bill. So sick of St. Elizabeth Physicians and Quest Diagnostics. HORRIBLE COMPANIES. Perry, I hope you "understand".

Just got done getting some labs done here. They were quick and friendly, the place was clean and had no problem walking in with no appointment getting seen. The ladies here are great, i will definitely be back next time need labwork.

Horrible experience at Lab Corp Fairfield the other day. All better after going to Quest. The place was clean and Valerie was quick, very friendly and professional.
