Dont expect anything to get done here. They said they dont answer their phones when they are busy....uh what? What lab/medical office doesnt answer their phones? Thats terrible customer service especially when Im trying to get my test results re-sent because my doctors office never received them. If it wasnt for my insurance, I would never go here. Absolutely terrible.

i love that you can schedule on line, and they seem to run on time. They are just a collection site, so if you have questions/issues, they really cant help

They never answer their phones, ever! They keep saying they order a test kit in and it never shows up. Not sure how they actually function as a business.
