I have tried and tried to like this location as it is located near my work and I have to have routine bloodwork done often, but I always have to wait for 30+ minutes even WITH an appointment. They lost my lab sheet once, refused to give it back to me another time and then the last time I went, they swore they would do better because they had new staffing, but I waited 40 minutes and then they told me they didnt have the correct mixers to complete my blood work. I just tried to schedule an appointment online, however the scheduling is once again down. Waited 10 minutes on the phone to schedule via a person only to have them say that they couldnt schedule me because their computers are down and that I would have to come in and wait for a time slot. I will be taking my business elsewhere and do NOT recommend anyone use this facility.

I go to this Tabcorp office regularly and have had very good experiences with them. Usually my wait time is only about 5-10 minutes--enough time for them to get my info added to the computer, etc. I never make an appointment and have never waited more than 10 minutes to be seen. The staff has always been friendly and when I felt like theyve been really stressed, etc., Ive been kind and patient and it goes a long way to changing someones mood! :-) My test results have always been sent to my doctors office quickly which is a plus.

I had an early morning appointment on a Tuesday. I showed up without my paperwork but they were patient as I found a way to have the paperwork emailed to me and then forwarded to them. I was told this wouldnt always be possible but I was able to do it then! The nurse did a good job drawing my blood and I was in and out quickly.

They wont help you at all even if you dont have a translator! These people discriminate SPECIALLY the two ladies in the front!
