Decided to try Quest for the first time yesterday bc the other lab on beechmont I was going to was not very clean and the workers there were down right rude. When I entered the door here I was greeted with a good morning. Something that never happened at the other place. I did not have an appointment but the woman at the window said that if I signed in and took a seat they would be with me within the next 15 to 20 minutes. It actually only took ten minutes before I was seen and I was in and out no problem. The lady who drew my blood was very nice and considerate of my concerns. I dont do well with blood draws, it is difficult to find a vein on me. But the lady did a great job and had no trouble getting blood on the first try. Think her name was Angie. My one and only complaint is that the directions on their website are wrong. If you go looking on the corner of beechmont and five mile you will never find this place because it is actually a little farther down on the left hand side of beechmont ave.

I made an appointment online for a blood draw to participate in my employers wellness program. I arrived 10 minutes early. After 25 minutes went by, I approached the desk to ask if I should re-schedule. The morbidly obese woman at the desk didnt even want to get up to move the sliding glass window to answer my question and motioned for someone else to help me. They didnt even ask why I was there, simply barking at me that drug screen patients needed to wait their turn and I should sit down. I explained why I was there and they took me right back, though to the wrong room....tried to give me a physical. Poorly managed, presumptious, rude women. Bottom line, if you have an appointment, be sure to tell them that when you arrive, as they apparently have no idea. Wow, Lemon-AIDS over here thinks the point is to review my review. Definitely a nice person. You show em, Jebus.

This is where I get all my blood work done. The staff here are very helpful and skilled. If there is ever an issue with my order the girls take the time to call the doctors office and get it all straightened out for me rather than turning me away. They know what they are doing and do their best to get me in and out so I can go on about my day. And they are very skilled at drawing blood. Havent had a problem yet. I do recommend making an appointment on line because this is a very busy location. There is a space on the register sheet for appointment patients. Make sure you indicate.
