Arrived at 9:26, sat until 9:45 and nobody came in the waiting area to check anybody in or anything. Employee came in the front door at 9:30 with a drink and things in her hand but never came out either. Sad that no one even comes out to give you your paperwork that you know your going to have to spend another 20 minutes filing out. I guess even though it will cost me some out of pocket I will go to the hospital from now on. I used Quest all the time when you were located at St. E. South on Turfwa Rd, evidently staff or something has changed, some people like me are only in town 1 day a week and have to get more that one thing done. I had 3 doctor appointments today and couldnt spend all day waiting around your office to have someone hand me a clipboard and disappear for another hour. If anybody wants to contact me with a really good response to this visit it would at the least Im sure be comical.

Drug screens are only available from 1-4pm which wasnt posted anywhere on their website. Sat for 45 minutes before an attendant was available to tell me that I couldnt be accommodated.

Had an appointment for 230, someone was behind the glass when I came in and never came back. Here I am 20 minutes later still waiting. Again I had an appointment. Still waiting.
