Signed in at 12:08pm. My greeting was "this is how many people are ahead of you" as she pointed to the sign in sheet "and its a $4 fee for the draw fee". There was no where to sit so a kind gentleman gave me his seat. At 12:58 the woman comes out and tells three woman who came in after me, "you three come on back." I explained "excuse me maam, I have already been here 50 minutes". She proceeded to let me know how annoyed she was and bark about how they can only draw blood so fast. So, then were put in a second waiting room in the back full to the gills! Each time she came to get someone (one every 10-15 minutes) she would make a point to again gruffly state how they can only go so fast, despite my not having said another word. I decided at that point I wasnt going to wait another hour and have some tech jab me roughly as punishment for daring to annoying them about taking patients in order. So, I drove 7 miles to LabCorp and was in and out in 10 minutes, plus was treated with the utmost kindness and concern. So, if youre already suffering from an ailment and want efficient service from compassionate staff, skip this Quest. Its obvious they didnt go into this field for their love of helping others.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Where do I start.....slow, lazy, unable to multitask and lack time management skills. I called the office before I even wen tto the location. I was told to come between 1:30-5:30 with a full bladder. I did, but ended up sitting in the waiting area for almost an hour. When I went to the front desk I informed her of what I was told and told her I needed to go badly. She told me I have to wait my turn, or that I could leave and come back. I did. When I returned I was called to the back almost immediately. When I gave her the urine she then says its not enough. When I had "enough" you refused to take it, now that I dont have "enough" you want me to wait an even longer period of time to wait for more. I called the office at 11 a.m in an effort to be in and out as I needed to go to work. I did not have time to sit and wait any longer or I would have lost the job I do have rather than the one I was trying to get. Very unprofessional, if you have a choice; choose to stay away.

WHile the receptionist was pretty nice and I guess spanish the African American lady was rude, stupid and only cared about herself. I did not need to hear why she had came back early from her lunch to work. I really dont care. Your there do your job and stop loking for a fight from everybody who is waiting for a drug test. The spanish woman at least tried , but waas poorly trained. They both "barked " out commands like a drill sargent...how terrible for a medical office. Neither could operate the computer well or knew the job they were supposed to do. I would fire one and train the other.

Be prepared to wait from my experience! Short handed and too much talking and not enough working in the back. Too personal with customers or patients is never good if you cant multitask in the process of talking about irrelevant stuff. Patients waiting and hearing everything while being patient. Appointments are priority so wait like your seeing a physician for a drug screen.
