I called these people twice on a Saturday at (approx. at 9:00 A.M. and again at 1:00 P.M.) 4 hours apart .I had 2 infected teeth ! The pain was so great I thought I was going to start crying!! I never heard back from these people either time...or all day long! They have been my Dentist now for about 2+ years My sister did find an emergency dentist on Sunday for me. By this time I was about ready to climb the walls!! (Thank You Sister for coming to my rescue again.)The Emergency dentist started me on pain meds. and a series of Antibiotic. I now think I might live!! I have an appt. for a tooth cleaning on July 23rd with "my dentist" that I will be cancelling, since they felt they had the right to treat me like I really just didnt matter..... I guess I must of been bothering them on a Saturday? . Someone from their office did finally call me back on the following Monday. I was still so MAD from the way I had been treated that I didnt answer the phone for fear of what I might say to them!

Upon filling out my new patient forms at home prior to my appointment, like 100 of them and showing up for my apptmt 10 min earlier, I waited a total of 57min before I finally got checked in. I had scheduled a cleaning visit, but only to be asked "so which tooth is the problem today?" I was livid. Not only did I wait all this time, but they didnt even have me down for the right appointment!! I told them not only did I tell the front desk when I called to schedule, but on all their forms you have to fill out, theres a "reason for visit today" section you have to fill out...which I made it pretty clear I was there for a cleaning. They said well they could have me come back later on that day blah blah. Horrible experience there, Ill never go back, staff wasnt friendly either not to mention their inability to understand simple English.

I moved to Norman 3 years ago and went to My Dentist as it was on my for insurance. Ive never had a great experience. From the first visit they kept talking about gingivitis. Ive always had my teeth cleaned every 6 months, Ive flossed since I was a kid, and a brush twice a day. They suggest a water pick so I get one. But all visits continue to mention my gingivitis is not getting better. Are you kidding me? What else can I do? Then my cleaning last week with Darcie was by far the worst experience Ive ever had at a dentist. It was so painful I could have cried. People should not have to suffer like that. I will be finding a new dentist.

The staff at MyDentist Norman are awesome. They are so nice and warm and made me feel like I am their close friend, therefore taking excellent care of me. Dr. Foy is the first dentist I have ever had that has made me not scared to visit. He is meticulous and a wonderful young man.

Their phone is always busy and when it prompts you to leave a message for someone to call you back, the voicemail is full.
