The obgyn department here is a joke. I recently found out I was pregnant and when I scheduled with one of the nurses she was incredibly vague and rude. When I show out my appointment I had to wait an hour for a SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT. A couple weeks into my pregnancy I had horrible morning sickness and called to see what my doctor could do. They said to come in at 1:30 and they will assist me. I did not see a doctor until 4:00 I was nauseous, dehydrated and exhausted and I didnt even get any water. My last and final visit here I had an unltrasound that was scheduled for 1:15. I explained that I need to leave by 2:45 as I have a daughter to pick up from school. The nurse I spoke with on the phone, Lupita, stated that should not be a problem. When I arrived for my ultrasound, I waited 45 minutes of which I finally reminded the nurse again I need to leave by 2:45. She gave me an attitude and said I never told her that. All the other nurses around her knew but somehow she didnt?! My ultrasound did not go as planned and I have to go for another when that same nurse gave me information of where I need to go I asked in what area is that she blatantly said "I dont know". I genuinely hate the office there. They ruined my first precious moment as a pregnant expecting mother because they chose to be ignorant and unprofessional. If youre paid to work in customer service and help patients then do exactly that! Or find someone who will happily enjoy coming into work and treating people around with respect. Anyone who is pregnant or planning to be pregnant, do not go to obgyn office at this hospital because they are crappy people!

This is a sorry excuse for a hospital. Im glad I didnt have my surgery here. I made an appointment to see the Rheumatologist back in July, July 25th to be exact. I didnt get an appointment until October 3rd, theyre backed up and busy which is understandable. On September 22nd I received a voicemail informing me that my appointment has been canceled. I call back to reschedule and they dont have anything available until December, not only have I been waiting since July, my referral is up on the 13th of this month. So the kind lady transfers me to Dr. Romanos nurses station where I leave a message, to no avail. I didnt get a call back so I called again a few days after and left another message, again, no call back. Call a few days after that and I get told all the nurses are out and I have to call back after 2:30 pm because no one could help me. I call back today and Ive been on hold multiple times and havent fixed the problem. Currently on hold after being transferred for the 4th time, currently on the phone for 22 min and havent fixed anything. Dr. Romanos office or whoever is in charge of scheduling and phones for this hospital or section of the hospital is honestly pathetic. Get it together please. They wanted to give me an appointment for October 24th, this is unacceptable. Gonna stick with getting my care done at Keck Medical Center.

I visited the ER twice on December 2015 due to a possible misscariage. I waited over 8+ hours because there was only one doctor. When I as ready to go, the doctor was not upfront with me with the results. I went to the ER to find out if my baby was ok and they told me nothing! They made me some test and were not able to give me a straght foward answer. At the end I was going through a misscariage wich I felt the doctor did not want to tell me at the moment. Latter I was going across the street for checkups and I was never assigned to a doctor and every time I went to the White Memorial clinic there was a diffrent doctor looking at my vagina. That was so unconfortable for me. One more thing, I have been going to the clinic for my check ups nd the last tie I went they told me they were not going to abe to see me because I had to proof to them I did not have any other type of insurance besides my Medical. They were making me call my employer in the aitting room before they send me in. They made me feel like a criminal. So they called me in to attend my appointment and when I got there they denied my visit without having any type of proof that infact I had another type of insurance. They falsely assumed I did. I will never come back to ER or Cinic and any type of service!! I hve nothing positive to say about White Memorial medical group.

Ive been there twice this year for the er. First for the appendectomy i had in April and an ectopic pregnancy in December. Their staff is caring and efficient and clean. This and Glendale Adventist are the only hospitals that i trust. During April i went to another hospital before i went here. They injected me in the wrong area, gave me a cat scan and misdiagnosed me with kidney stones and told me to get myself to a urologist as soon as i could but no rush. 3 days later i went to White Memorial where they saved my life from a swollen infected appendix which had abcessed to my stomach. This December i went to a doctor who said there was no way i had an ectopic pregnancy and that women whos tubes are tied miss periods all the time. He didnt even give me a pregnancy test. I found out i was pregnant the next day and he sent me to Queen of the Valley. This is where i began to appreciate White Memorial. After 15 minutes in their overcrowded waiting room and rude staff, i left and went to White Memorial. They had almost no wait and 4 hours later i was in surgery with people who cared and know what they are doing. I love and trust this hospital so much that i have changed my primary care physician to one who is affiliated with this hospital. They really are the best.

Im shocked to see all the reviews dont get me wrong before it was amazing but now its the worst I went to ER couple months ago pregnant 6 weeks and lower abdomen pain I was spotting but took me 4.5 hours to see a doctor for her to tell me I was not an emergency that nothing was wrong with me she strictly violated my title 22 rights as her supervisor did too I requested an AMA she revised too another employee gave me the AMA once I completed the form I requested a copy of it she snatched it of him and read what I had placed in the form and she stated no I tried getting the paper back to take a picture with my phone and she begun to play games with the paper and called Security I left and then days after I went to another ER and diagnoses high risk pregnancy and much other I could say all they distress they put me through. Which several times I heard from them "u are not an emergency" I was shocked and humiliated refused to give me any information. They said till I signed the discharge paperwork they would give me their information. I would tell everyone to seek else where.
