Bad Hospital :,( Mi experiencia fue deprimente, empezando que el transporte del hospital envía sus taxis sucios, son impuntuales, llegue 40 minutos tarde a la operación y todos fuman en esos taxis, la chofer que me toco tenía Una Rata de mascota en el taxi. Voy a seguir escribiendo todo lo desagradable que viví en ese Monterey Park Hospital, muy aparte que las enfermeras solo están pendientes de sus celulares. Necesitaba ayuda y una de las enfermeras pasó la cortina en emergencia para que no la viera hablando por el teléfono, :( allí no tienen cuidado con los pacientes, me querían dar de alta con la tensión baja. Espero puedan pensar antes en donde poner sus vidas o la de sus seres amados. Jamás mi vida va a ser igual, solo recuerdo la Rata del taxi y entró en pánico. Es muy asqueroso. :( Allí solo quieren el dinero de los enfermos. No les importa la vida de nadie. ( Voy con mi comentario in English) soon. Please nobody go to that hospital, is better to be dead than be there. (To be continue).

I delivered my son at this hospital in September and I have to say I was not happy at all with the nurses before I delivered my baby. As a first time mom I wanted to feel comfortable and feel support from the nurses and I didnt. I wasnt being guided on how to start the processing to deliver my baby and I was basically left in the room with my boyfriend and the only thing the nurse said to me was to start pushing and left and said the doctor was going to come until he finished doing a c-section! Luckily, with the support of my boyfriend, my mother in law, and my mom I was successfully able to deliver my baby. I give to 2 stars for the care a received in postpartum although I felt like I did not get enough encouragement and help to breastfeed.

I wouldnt even give a star to this hospital, whats the point to have a hospital if theres no damn doctor is available to see the patient even though the patient transfered from ER, nursed behave like they are doing service for free, even charitable hospital wouldnt treat the patient like that. We understand that nurses are always occupied with lod of work but if you complete the job properly then they dont have to be called to see if something is wrong, oh my god and if you call the nurse if something is wrong then they will show you attitude. Cmon guys at least do something what you get paid for, it is a hospital dont expect easy job here or better get job in Mc Dinalds.

Went to the emergency room complaining about abdominal pain same like my stones went to prebetarian in whittier and they transffered me to Monterey Park. The hospital accepted the transfer knowing that they cant do the process that needs to be done, i havent ate for a whole day im thirsty as hell. Now they tell me im being transferred because i need the stone to be removed. Im so upset but trying to calm down cause it hurts my stomache tp get upset. All my nurses were great, except the last one he looked like he had no clue as to what he was doing. The doctor never stopped by after the surgery to explain anything.

I have to give a big shout out to Maria C. at admitting. we got to the hospital at 4:55 p.m. on 8/24 Wednesday. I know that we were late for the admitting to registered me and my husband so I have to wait for ER stuff to call us. it was not long then the receptionist told us to go in the admitting room. me and my husband were greeted with a big smile by Maria C. and she was very nice,friendly and very professional and provide all the papers that we need. it was a very pleasant experience. She is definitely an asset of the company. Again, Thank You so much Maria C. for all your help . we really appreciate it.

Most of the staff in this hospital dont know what they are doing. My mother was admitted in Tues to.have surgery Wed morning to have her gull bladder removed. I leave her at 8pm Tuesday night to wake up to a call at 12 telling me something was wrong with her shes in ICU she stopped breathing. Im thinking wth she hasnt had surgery what could have went wrong. Come to find out that they mixed 2 different narcotics & gave her to much. Wtf is wrong with these people. Worst hospital ever.

Amazing hospital I have lived in east la my whole live and that hospital is nothing compared to this one Monterey park has an amazing staff every single nurse is very patient n caring, fast and helpful today I went in for a personal medical issue and DOCTOR TED WAS INCREDIBLE!!! SO NICE!! VERY PROFESSIONAL AND CARING! Smile on Him the whole time took care of everything I needed help with forsure someone I would definitely love to go back to.

I tried to look up which Kaiser my Grandma got transfered to and they had no information which city they sent her to. I couldnt not find my grandma and they did not help at all. They said "we dont know because the nurses from last night are not here. We couldnt find her for 6 hours. and i had to call EVERYWHERE TO EVER ER in So Cal. These people are idiots!

I delivered my 1st child 12 years ago at this hospital and I loved it. Now almost two months ago I delivered my 2nd child at Monterey Park Hospital and I loved it. I was so scared to have another baby after so long but the nurses and staff were excellent, very helpful. I recommend this hospital.

Everyone on staff in emergency were very professional and very nice. I was attended as soon as I arrived, there was no waiting. Dr. John Chon and nurse Grace where so kind and caring. I want to thank them for helping me with my pain and concern. Thanks once again everyone!

Took my son yesterday to ER the staff was very helpful and fast. They gave me results within minutes of them attending my son . I recommend them for all your ER needs ....Will return there with out a doubt if I have further emergency needs with my children
