The worst Hospital in the United States for sure I unfortunately found myself in this "Hospital" for an X-ray ,the Nurse that was there at the time was completely Useless she was just Flirting with a Police officer that was there and i kept asking her for some water and they both Told me to shut up that the "Doctor" was "asleep" ? I kept asking her for some water and the police responded to me saying we are in a drought shut up ! After they both Laughed including the receptionist Fat Guy that was there they all three kept making Jokes about it & when I got my X-ray they didnt even tell me if anything was wrong with me they just mailed me a bill i had to pay ,plus they X-rayed a total different part of my Body that wasnt injured and they never even showed me the results of the X-ray scan yet i still had to pay.These people are all UnHumane and very Unprofessional non are real Doctors here or real Nurses they cant be ! This Hospital is the Lowest of Low Quality this whole Facility is a disaster if youre ever in a Emergency situation in East L.A dont ever go to this fake Hospital you Honestly wont be Treated as you should be, it also has a very High Death Rate this Hospital they should simply close it down and open a Good Quality Hospital for the East Los Angeles community with Real registered Nurses and Real Doctors that take patients seriously

I have nothing good to say about this place.The doctor would talk over me and not listen. I filled out paperwork on what I wanted them to do for my mothers care and it was specific. They were always calling about questions that were answered in the papers I had filled out and signed. Why waste time doing that? The social worker was nice enough but didnt have any information to help. Things she should have had knowledge of. How to get power of attorney for my mother that was in a coma, for instance. She gave me numbers that I " could call and maybe they could help" . All were useless. She was supposed to set up a meeting with the docs caring for my mother. She told the nurses to call. None of the docs knew about this meeting when I had shown up. The social worker dropped the ball. Saying she had told them to call. My question, why was there no follow up on her delegation of the chore?? Why wasnt I called that the meeting wouldnt take place??My mother was transferred to another hospital and when I asked the social worker the same questions, she pulled out paperwork and we filled it out. And she sent it in. Obviously the other social worker needs some assisstance. Theres more but Ill leave it at what Ive said.

Horrible wouldnt recommend you to come here i came in yesterday for help with my mother and they told me they dont treat ppl with schizophrenia and that if i stay here ama be Waisting my time and there just gonna check her blood pressure and feed her for a few days, so i left and the next day i came back because my mom got worse she wouldnt move or talk i called 911 and they brought me to this unhelpful hospital and now there doing something about it. Do they just wait for ppl to be dying to attend them they also told me i was under age to make decisions so i called my moms friend and ahe came to the emergency room and we were with her than this Chinese nurce came and told me one person is alowed in here so i have to wait in the waiting room my mom starts to panic when im not there if something happens to her im blaming this hospital that are rude and also if i was you i wouldnt come here they talk stuff behind your back and give you bad faces

My family and I are having very bad experience here at ICU!!!! A couple of days ago Dr. G told the family very frankly that my mother only had several hours to live and there was no hope!!! How can they even say that when they dont know her history or even ask for her primary doctors for her medical history. This general Doctor has no expertise! Most of the nurses at ICU are not understanding and seems like they go to work to get paid only and proper care of the patients is last!!! The Director of this hospital needs to reevaluate its Code of Ethics right a way. There should be a head nurse asking patients and their family if they feel comfortable with the qualtiy of the care they offer. IF YOU WANT YOUR FAMILY MEMBER TO DIE! PLEASE GET TRANSFERRED OUT QUICK!

I had my son on here and the service was bad.I had a csection done the anesthetic doctor was rude and grouchy didnt let my husband be right next to me to hold my hand. After delivery the nurses were nice and all but no communication whatsoever the room was super super cold at night unable to make the room warm. Also they didnt advise me on nothing I felt like I just gave birth and they put me in a room and thats it. The day I was discharged I didnt get pain medication I didnt get advise to see a pediatrician for my son nothing no communication horrible. If I were to choose were to deliver I would of gone back to St. Francis Hospital theyre way way better!!!! A lot of communication there and nurses are super super helpful!!!!

This hospital is beyond the worsted I had ever experienced. My wife gave birth here and this hospital will throw u down the bus for false results test. Lack of communication, and they dont tell you what other options you have. They just follow their rule and call social workers. To be honest, they dont care for what youre going through. They just know, their right for the result of lab testing. Hey the cup of my wife didnt even had her name and they didnt sealed it. That explain their bad services they have here. We couldve taken to court but my wife felt sorry this inexperienced hospital. Bad staff and especially Chinese nurses. They all rumors behind your back. Really bad hospital to come here.

1st time in this place. Never coming back ever!! Not even if it was the last hospital in this planet. Seriously! The paramedics brought me here and I had not personal info with me.. but I have kaiser and I told them. right away they called kaiser to get my info yet the nurses didnt do anything to me! Like 7 nurses came to my bed and just kept asking and saying... "kaiser member kaiser member". Only this Dr. Malik came and said apparently this and apparently that. Kept talking as he was walking away... not professional at all!! I left this horrible hospital barefoot but I didnt care! I just wanted to get out of there! Thats how terrible my experience was. Plz dont visit this place!!

I gave birth to my son here on 09/11/09. After having 3 vaginal births this was my 1st c-section. the experience was horrible. Not one of the staff members including my Dr. could give me a reason y, other than "It was necessary". I was there for 4 days & throughout my stay I spoke with most of the woman who were coming & going into the maternity ward. Not 1 of these woman had a vaginal delivery. From Thursday night to Monday afternoon, all of us had a c-section. I kept asking y did I have a c-section an no one, not even my DR. could give me a reason as to y. All they kept saying was, "It was necessary". Makes me wonder if there is a reason for all the c-section.
