My daughter is trying to get a job at a retirement facility as a food server. She needed a physical for this position. Went in on a Thursday around noon and was told the process would take an hour and a half. Decided to return the next morning a little past eight (when they open) so we could get in right away as I, like many, work for a living. After filling out the paperwork we waited a little over an hour. Was told after a half hour there was one patient ahead of us. After the hour passed I checked to see how much longer. They told me (again) theres one person ahead of us still! Serious?!! Believe it or not, they took my daughter within five minutes! Seriously?!! It took about fifteen minutes for her physical. The hour and a half Im sure is their standard reply to anything! Then we find out, the paperwork the said my daughter needed a TB test, which she never received!!! Now we need to go back, wait an hour and a half for her TB exam!!! Dont have time for this crap! Thanks Cocentra! Great, great operation you have going on. You guys are the best....NOT!!! Why cant we fix this medical industry?!! Why do we accept what is?!! Stupid stupid sheeples we are allowing big industry and big business to own us... Lol

I always come here for drug tests and such and there is always a long wait time. The people at the counter dont seem to care about anyone and look like they have had a long rough day. I wish they were nicer and engaged more with customers. There should be more of them in the front as well. Having a faster, more efficient system of getting people in and out would be beneficial. As for the drug tests, they are quick and easy. Please focus on better customer service and quicker visits.

Can I leave less than one star? We sent our employees there for respirator mask tests and the nasty little girl up front told the last guy that he was required to bring his own respirator mask. I called and told her that the first 3 guys didnt have to bring their own masks and she lied and told me that she remembered seeing them bring it. How is that possible if they have to pass the test before we buy them a mask? Im not surprised that this place has such terrible reviews.

I went in for a TB test and paid the money for the test. They gave me the shot for it, then told me I had to come back during a certain time frame to get the results. Im unable to go in during that time window and they refused to refund me the money. They should have forewarned me that I needed to come back during a certain time frame. Now I am out the money of the test and still have to go back, redo the shot and pay again for a new test.

Annoying post-teenage girls behind the counter, laughing constantly. Very unclear instructions given for what paperwork you are to fill out. All employees on their cell phones, including the males. Girls talking about how "whats her face" getting fired, also making comments about being sick. If youre sick, why are you working at an urgent care? I saw nothing but immaturity here. Got my test done fast, but dont expect professionalism.

Made me take the skin test for tb again even though I knew it would be positive. After finnaly (3 days later) getting the chest ex-ray I came in for in the first place. They made me wait over an hour for a copy of all the paperwork. Not to mention the scowels I received for making them make a copy. If at all possible DO NOT USE THIS LOCATOIN!

Horrible customer service! Always, ALWAYS full of sick people they dont make wear masks. The wait is always 90 minutes + and standing room only. Even if you make an appointment they make you wait. Only have one Dr. And can never see them! Save yourself the hassle and the headache and go somewhere else!

The employees are awesome and the ladies up front are practically saints. Scheduled an appointment and still waited 50 minutes to get in for an appointment that literally takes 5 minutes. If they would hire some more people they would rate a lot better.

Horbale servise we were told "5-10min" multipal times we sat for over an hour and a half to see a doctor. When we where taken to a room they cleaned it as we were standing there. When we were showen a room we sat for another 30min

More specialized in drug testing. I was the 1st one here when they opened, and every drug test has gone in. I just need my swollen hand looked at. 3 hours about to jyst give up.

Extremely slow, we got there at 3 and we got lucky to be done by 6, even for a work injury. We normally go to renown and never have a problem, and the employees were snobby
