I went in with a brown recluse spider bite. I had painful cellulitis at the site of infection. I explained to the female doctor I was in pain. She said if I was in so much pain why did I go see her instead of going to the ER. Iuf I could have I would but I dont have Medical. An emergency Room visit would cost too much & put me in collections. The ER is a luxury I cannot afford. She told me to take ibuprofen. When I went to pick up my antibiotics it was under the wrong name at fault of the clinic. I had to go days without needed medication. When I went back in I got to see a male doctor who fixed the error of the previous doctor and prescribed me pain medicine as I was in excruciating pain. He told me to go back in the following day to open up the site of the infected bite & to let him know if the Tylenol with Codien helped. When I went back it was the female doctor. She didnt follow through with the previous doctors orders. That visit was absolutely for nothing as she sent me home after seeing me for 3 minutes. The whole ordeal was horrible. My experience.. horrible. I would NOT recommend this office. I will come back to insert Doctors names.

Was greeted by a large woman who was sitting behind a desk. Very rude and showed no interest in helping me. Very unhappy about this place and will not recommend it to anyone with a medical need.
