I do not even know where to begin. I have had some awful dental experiences in my past and have always been fearful of the dentist. I usually wait until the pain is unbearable before looking for a dentist. In October of 2016 I hit that pain and started looking for a dentist. I came across Dr. Lee at Covington Smiles and decided to try them. It was the best decision I have ever made. First off, the office is beautiful. You don’t feel like you are at the dentist. I have yet to meet an unfriendly or grumpy staff member, they are all so upbeat and positive. I have hated my teeth and smile since I can remember. I don’t smile often and am always so self-conscious of my ugly teeth. Over the past four months that all has changed. Today I had some work done on my front teeth and the care and effort that Dr. Lee and his staff puts into every visit is phenomenal. Today I left the office with a confidence booster. My smile is becoming something I am proud to show off and I owe all of that to Dr. Lee and his staff. If you are looking for a caring dentist with an amazing staff who truly cares, then do yourself a favor and give them a try.

Im not good at this . So here goes . Lets start with me . My teeth were a disaster . I came to Covington Smiles because I had major pain . Each time we addressed an issue I was provided with a dental plan . With teeth like mine the amount was unfathomable . After 5 visits my pain was gone . They probably new I was throwing these treatment plans in the garbage . I kept thinking how bad all the other dentists had screwed me and my results were unacceptable . But they were different . Much different . I wouldnt have to travel from a oral surgeon to a denturist and back to a dentist . They have a team in place to do it all . What I now refer to as a dream team . My treatment plan was one tooth at a time (thats all I could afford) I pulled the trigger on a major treatment plan in thanks to Nicole . She found creative financing options that allowed me to repair and replace all my teeth . So a big shout out to the entire team . I have a smile that will last a lifetime and I feel great

Went for regular cleaning. They took a bunch of x rays, even when I told them to call the other dentist because they have them on file very recently... ,❌ Red Flag there. The hygienist told me that I need a deep cleaning and started showing me pictures to prove that. I told her that I just had deep cleaning done. She later told me, I dont need deep cleaning. Red Flag there. ❌ . Then she started regular cleaning, I was hurting so much. Seemed like she had not experience. She told me I had to come back to finish the cleaning, even when she told me at the beginning the she.had plenty of time to get done. Of course Im not coming back. I will look for an honest establishmenthen where they dont try to ripp you off.

If you want a good dentist, go anywhere. If you want a great dentist and staff providing VIP treatment each visit, then do what I do... see Dr. Lee. His staff is always smiling and happy and he is the most caring dentist that I have ever been to. I am always looking forward to going to my appointments. The atmosphere and the environment is like a spa, art gallery yet with a splash of elegant fun. It is kid friendly, family friendly and just super friendly. You always feel welcomed almost like a celebrity! He has the latest gadgets, tools, toys, and equipment so each visit is stress-free! Open wide and relax!

I came to Covington smiles after having a very bad dental experience elsewhere and when I came in for the first time, everyone was amazing! The whole staff is incredibly friendly and Dr. Lee is wonderful. He explained to me what needed to happen and why and made me feel totally comfortable and not scared at all. I just got my wisdom tooth removed by Dr. Lee this morning and it was fast and painless and they kept me laughing the whole time. I have more work needing to be done and I will be going to Covington Smiles for all of it, I will never go anywhere else. I would recommend them to anyone :)

Dr. Lee has been my dentist now for over five years and I would consider him to be the best dentist I have ever had. In addition to his expertise and kindness, I have never had a bad experience at the clinic. I never have to wait to be seen, the hygienists are all kind and skilled, and the receptionists quick and organized. In addition to having my teeth cleaned, I have had cavities filled and crowns made. I recently chipped a tooth and called to report the problem. I was able to be seen that same day. I have and would recommend this dental office to anyone.

Always a good experience!! Dr.Lee and and his staff are the best ever! From someone who has been fearful of the Dentist since I was a young girl! I appreciate how personable the experience is from all aspects! I also appreciate that Dr. Lee takes the time to explain procedures (staff as well). Its also more then a dentist appointment there is some social mix too, which helps me to be a little bit less anxious and fearful=) I drive from SeaTac to Convington very gladly! Covington Smiles Rocks! You wont be disappointed if you go to Covington Smiles

Absolutely the best! Very friendly and they truly care about your comfort. My husband and I have been patients here and love Dr. Lee and his staff. Today I got to take my daughter in for her first dental visit. She was so comfortable and happy when she was shown all the cool tools that were going to be used for her visit. They made sure she was informed and knew what was going to happen during her visit to the dentist. It made it a very enjoyable experience! Thank you!

I got my wisdom teeth pulled here. Although I realized afterwards it was a terrible idea to not go to a surgeon who could put me out. I was awake the whole time, and my wisdom teeth grew in sideways so instead of a simple pull it was breaking and crushing them. It was horrible. But i heeled fine. I think they just wanted the money and took advantage of the fact I was unaware of how horrible the experience would be. I had to drive home after this.

Fantastic staff, from the front desk to the assistants, hygienists, and Dr. Lee. I always feel valued as a patient, and respected. Bob is by far my favorite hygienist, and Dr. Lee is awesome! Had a little issue with my gums and they worked me in the next morning, solved the problem right away, so nice to be able to count on this team to meet my familys dental needs with professionalism and an over all positive experience each time!

I had been away for a while due to business, and i am very happy to say that the quality of care I received was even better than before. The staff goes out of there way to be friendly and upbeat, and they keep you on track with your personal dental hygiene without making you feel like you are in trouble. I never thought I would say this about a dentist, but I look forward to going back.
