We have been seeing Dr Hamilton (Randy and his brothers) for three years now! We love them! The staff is AMAZING, the tooth fairy is such a special idea that my children love! They always are on time with our appt. I am most grateful is that I always have questions and question the treatment plans. Dr Hamilton ALWAYS sits with me and explains everything for me. I feel free to ask ANYTHING and he NEVER makes me feel bad for asking anything! I truly feel that he ALWAYS has my childrens best interest in mind! THE most amazing thing happened yesterday! We have dental insurance, both my children had treatments. I wrote a check. BUT HOLY COW I got a refund check yesterday in the mail! I can not get over how HONEST ikids is, I would have never known I had over paid. I called this morning to thank Dr Hamilton, and to my pleasure when I asked to speak to him.. he came to the phone, I didnt get voice mail! The parent doctor interaction at this office is such a refreshing change from other places! Just amazed with the office! Nice to give credit where credit is due, and this is a great office!!!

It is a professional environment and a warm one. Children walk into the clink in a hurry smiling like going into their playrooms. The staff is great. The wait time is short: I saw staff coming to the so-involved children and their parents in the playrooms and take them to doctors’ rooms with no grudging. My grandniece is autistic and gets terrified meeting new people. Yet doctor and nurse were so great with her that she cooperated and they made their important checking and findings. Wow! That was amazing! Then the patient unexpectedly made a great mess in the room that made us deeply embarrassed. But Cecy absorbed the situations forgivingly, “It’s all right, it’s all right!”. She corrected the situation without that beautiful smile leaving her face. And Kristina made all the contacts in the world to schedule the earliest surgery possible. We are truly grateful to all there.

The office staff is so nice and gracious with children. They can set appointments for more than 2 children. I am able to set up dental appointments for 3 at a time and am always able to enjoy my visit with them. As a parent you sometimes dread the dentist since kids wont cooperate but when we go with Dr. randy Hamilton the kids are excited to go to the dentist. They know that the visits are needed and they enjoy going. You can request the same Hygenist your kids know and they also know who they are. It is a AWESOME place to go to. Dr. Randy Hamilton is great with kids he explains every step he makes and invites parents to see the results and how as parents we can help keep our kids teeth healthy.

As a pediatrician, I know that kids arent just "little adults". Our family dentist referred us to IKids Dental because of the complicated dental work my son needed done. Dr. Hamilton not only answered the questions I asked, but also explained the latest studies relevant to my sons care. Dr. Hamilton definitely knows the current standard of care, and practices it. Dr. Castro worked on my son, and was great at alleviating all his fears, and continually distracting/talking to him through the entire 60 minute procedure. She had a great bedside manner and was very efficient. The staff were friendly, encouraging, and reassuring to allay all my "mom" fears. So glad we went, will definitely be back

I am writing this to warn other parents ! I was warned and didnt listen, but now wish I would have ! This man should not be a pediatric dentist. I now know why parents are not encouraged to go back with their children. I was told my child needed fillings and after he strapped my little girl to the dental chair, he proceeded to work on her even though she was crying. She wouldnt go back when it was time for her check up, so I got her x rays and went to another dentist. When the new dentist looked at the x rays, I was informed that none of those teeth should have been filled! The new dentist said this happens a lot because he has other patients from that office that had unnecessary work done.

Im honestly surprised to see so many good reviews. Their office is always so unorganized every time we have visited. Our information is always wrong even though we continuously update it. We always get billed for services with claims of "you are no longer active with your insurance" yet every time we are in fact active with our insurance and they have to refile the claim. We waited for over two hours for our last cleaning appointment. Its always very chaotic in this office. The actual hygienist was great! The office staff and office management is where my concerns lie. No structure, no organization.

The best dental care in Mansfield for Kids. Dr. Hamilton and his entire staff are friendly, relaxing to be around, and the entire facility is spotless. My kids love to go there! Great fish tank too! :) 2 years later:: Update!! The new facility is amazing, complete with a kids theater and Big Nabi tabs, game stations and big blocks. They have these hug cushions all the kids roll around on too :) It is like a play date, with the dentist. :) We had an emergency on a Holiday weekend, and they came up there at night from 40 minutes away just to help my son. Truly the best.

As of right now, they are late. My appointment is at 0900 and the doors are still locked. Employees are just walking in. I wonder if they know its ok to be early for their job. So Im in now, and this place is a zoo. Not because of the kids. Who runs this place??? I was finally brought in rather quickly and was out by 0935. Dr was nice enough and things went smoothly. I will definitely be scheduling future appointments later in the day or when everyone has been there long enough to know whats going on. Ive seen power outages at major intersections that were less chaotic.

My son had an appointment scheduled for 10/3/14 for surgery at 9am. They call me at 8:40 am telling me that they will be unable to see him due to the case being "complicated." This appointment had been booked for 3 weeks and they called me 20 minutes before the appointment. Not only did my husband miss work for this appointment, but my son also missed his award assembly at school due to this. I like how they took that into consideration. It was my second and LAST time going to this place!! Word of mouth is the best form of advertising, keep that in mind.

We drove in from New Braunfels just for Dr. Hamilton and will do it every-time. The staff is amazing and Dr. Hamilton is the best!!! I Highly recommend iKids to anyone!!! They were the only ones in a 100 mile radius that would take our insurance. My son needed sedation and it was done with such ease for him, no needles or shots was had to get him asleep. The office staff is super friendly and made you feel welcomed and at home.
