Ohh my GOODNES, Dr. Moss and her staff was soo delightful. It felt so homey. When i seen Dr. Moss, i thought, she could be my cousin! Lol Everybody was nice the staff was courteous. They were just extremely nice they made me feel so comfortable and for that I really appreciate that. You made my experience very very comfortable. So with that being said this will be my permanent denist. Im not going nowhere. I consider her my family dentist as of today!

I called to make an appointment and the lady who picked up the phone was absolutely rude. I couldnt get a word in before she interrupted me and said "we expect the money upfront." I was planning on paying I was simply asking for pricing.

This dentist office "lost" my childrens appointments that I made 3 months in advance. Now I am left scrambling to find another dentist. I think the lady took them out of the system. Very annoyed.
