The cost is ridiculous, 3 visits and I had a $500 bill with insurance. The secretaries are very disrespectful, saying that my dad doesnt take care of me because be doesnt come to my appointments. (Sorry, but hes got a job too, and its a waste of time for him to just sit in the wait room.) When asked why I didnt put down information for my mom, I explained she has passed away, to which they replied, "Already?" No compassion for the child at the brink of crying in the wait room. The secretaries also tried to charge me a $50 fee for missing an appointment they scheduled incorrectly. I do not recommend Dr. Kitarki of you are someone that wants an involved doctor. She barely examined me or asked any questions before prescribing me medication. When the appointment was over, she just walked out without giving me information on my meds. I had to ask the nurses. (The nurses are all very nice and friendly, the only positive part of this place.) If you are someone that needs refills monthly, request the refill two weeks in advance. Calling to request a refill on a time sensitive schedule is pointless, they only check the line twice a day. Ive had to call their emergency line multiple times to get a refill on my inhaler that I had been trying to get for three weeks. They like to say they cant give you a refill until they see you, just a tactic to make money off you, only for you to get the same prescription youve been on for your whole life. Dont send your child in if they are under 18 alone, they will give them hell, and say they cant see them without parental consent. Parents have to sign a form every visit, it is not a one time deal. You can not get the form online either, and they will only fax it to you.

The front desk never helps they just demand payment. Even with insurance it is big money every time I see the doctor. Why did I name her my Primary again? I see the doctor once a year and getting refills requires an expensive office visit after 3 months because that is their payment even for simple Birth Control. They always think something may be seriously wrong with you then you get there, you see her for 2 minutes, she writes you the prescription you knew you needed, and then it is pay me time! forget this place before you schedule the appointment.

I have hypothyroidism, and even though I have been stable since 1997, they required a new blood draw/prescription EVERY 3 MONTHS! Also, they charge $15.00 for blood work. I was not impressed with the office.
