Took our 9 month old daughter there due to extreme crankiness during teething. Clearly something else was going on. They evaluated her and said it was only teeth. Not ear or sinus issues. Her problems continued so we took her to her regular doctor the next day up in Horseheads (Dr. Nayo - shes awesome by the way!) and she diagnosed her with a sinus infection, ear infection and allergies and wrote 3 prescriptions. To sum it all up, the walk in clinic folks missed it all! They dont pay attention to what you tell them and since its the only walk in clinic in the county people dont call them out on their inability to catch simple ailments. We called them to complain the next day and they really didnt give a crap.... Save yourself the co-pay, drive up to Big Flats and go to 5 Star Urgent Care. We have had great results there. Much more professional and attentive!!! Its a real shame that the people of Tioga Co dont have another option besides these yahoos... My wife and I will both be switching our regular doctors from this practice as well to someone up in Horseheads/Big Flats area. Guthrie as a whole has declined substantially in the last few years.

Horrible! So many awful experiences here. After my grandma had chemo she went here for a check up and was told she was extremely dehydrated. The NURSE practitioner, Christina Perry, said there were no nurses to start her an IV. My grandma could have very possibly been spared over a week at the hospital if this woman wasnt too good to do what she was obviously trained to do (whether it was in her job description or not). There have also been a handful of times where I have called the clinic asking for my prescriptions to be called in or to speak with the doctor and the next day theres no response or record of my call. My advice, go somewhere that actually cares.

Went here for treatment on an illness. They ran some tests and just gave me some random medication. Was told they would call me with the results of the test in a week, and about a year later the only think Ive received from them is a bill. Still no idea what the tests said.

I really love my doctor here now and my former doctor who left. They have been so helpful and understanding. I really felt empathy from them. They were very attentive. I will keep going back for sure.

Dr. Koryn Johnston is a wonderful doctor. Takes the time to talk to you to find the problem not just prescribe a drug & send you on your way.

Dr.Doty is the best!!! He doesnt just through pills at you.. He really cares and finds out whats wrong with you first!!!
